Fine storage management is an effective way to reduce cost and increase efficiency of logistics.Three-dimensional warehouse is an important place for goods storage.Items with different attributes and characteristics have different requirements for storage space of threedimensional warehouse,and the humidity of different storage space is not completely the same.The quality of moisture-sensitive items is easily affected by the storage humidity environment,so it is particularly important to formulate a reasonable storage space distribution scheme for moisture-sensitive items in three-dimensional warehouse.Therefore,we taking the space allocation problem of humidity sensitive goods warehouse as the object,an optimization method of space allocation of humidity sensitive goods warehouse was proposed to provide decision support for the fine management of the warehouse.The main work is as follows:(1)The research status of location assignment problem and humidity control technology at home and abroad is summarized.And then the humidity control requirements for storage of humidity-sensitive items and the characteristics of the three-dimensional warehouse for humiditysensitive items are analyzed,the influencing factors of the storage space allocation of the three-dimensional warehouse for humidity-sensitive items is classified into several types.In addition,storage strategy and storage space allocation principle are also given.(2)The concept of humidity change coefficient is introduced and the humidity calculation function of the storage space of the stereoscopic warehouse is constructed.Factors such as humidity control,cargo units and storage space specifications are taken into consideration when constructing storage space allocation model with humidity control constraints for humidity-sensitive items in a three-dimensional warehouse.And improving the efficiency of items in and out of the warehouse and shelf stability are set as optimization goals function.(3)Based on the idea of adaptive and multi-population genetic algorithm,the chromosome coding method of goods allocation based on shelf layout is designed,fitness function,selection,adaptive crossover,mutation and migration operation methods are given,and the goods allocation algorithm based on adaptive MPGA is constructed.Finally,an example is given to verify that the proposed method can effectively prepare the space allocation scheme of humidity sensitive goods warehouse,and effectively meet the needs of fine management of warehouse.31 figures,29 tables,74 references are included in this thesis.
