With the acceleration of urbanization,rural production and agricultural life have undergone tremendous changes.Due to the continuous departure of farmers from their original agricultural production and turning to work in cities,there has been a largescale transfer of labor,and the scale of rural land transfer has continued to expand.This has led to the continuous exposure and increasing sharpness of the problems existing in agricultural land transfer,such as land ownership issues,regulatory difficulties,and information asymmetry in land transfer.Blockchain,as a decentralized,trustless,traceable,and tamper-evident technology,has shown great advantages in the field of digital currencies and has received increasing attention.This paper conducts research on the current development of blockchain technology and the status of agricultural land transfer management,and designs and implements an agricultural land transfer management system based on blockchain technology.The system utilizes the characteristics of blockchain decentralization,trustlessness,security,transparency,and tamper-evident,combined with technologies such as the ERC721 standard and distributed storage(IPFS),to store each agricultural land in the real world as a unique and non-fungible token on the chain.The system uses the MVC design framework,dividing it into the view layer,business layer,and storage layer.The view layer uses Vue.js to complete the front-end page display,with good interactivity and user experience.At the same time,the business layer combines with smart contracts and on-chain data to achieve core functional modules such as land registration,land transfer,land information inquiry,land evaluation,and user management.In addition,the system also uses My SQL database drivers and IPFS clients to store data in My SQL databases and IPFS distributed storage systems,improving data reliability and accessibility.Finally,through deployment and testing,it is confirmed that the system has achieved the expected effect,with good system performance and stability,and can effectively ensure the secure storage of agricultural land data and the credibility,openness,and transparency of land transfer transactions.
