In the e-commerce trading environment,reputation evaluation has always been a key issues in the e-commerce consumption industry,and e-commerce reputation evaluation system has always been an important means of identifying e-commerce reputation.The traditional e-commerce transaction evaluation system stores and transmits data on a centralized server.However,due to its over-reliance on the centralized server,attackers can easily compromise the system by attacking the centralized server,which can lead to the disclosure of transaction data and the tampering of credit data.Additionally,in the process of e-commerce transactions,the data transmission speed depends on the server,and server failures can cause delays in data updates.However,due to the system’s over-reliance on the centralized server,attackers can cause the leakage of system transaction data and tampering of credit data by attacking the centralized server.At the same time,in the process of e-commerce transactions,the transmission speed of data depends on the server.If the server fails,it will cause a delay in data updates.Therefore,the traditional e-commerce credit evaluation system needs to be combined with new technologies to alleviate the pressure caused by server failure.Blockchain,as a rapidly emerging new technology,combines multiple features such as decentralization,data encryption,and distributed storage,making it a representative of cutting-edge technology.Its biggest characteristic is decentralization,which can be applied to the e-commerce transaction environment to alleviate the pressure on the central server.This article integrates blockchain technology with the ecommerce credit evaluation system,focusing on research around e-commerce transaction privacy protection and e-commerce credit evaluation.The main work of this article is as follows:Firstly,to address the issue of excessive pressure on single blockchain storage and transaction chains in e-commerce transactions and evaluations,a dual-chain structure is proposed.At the same time,a privacy protection method is proposed to address the inherent issues of the dual-chain structure.This method attempts to incorporate privacy protection algorithms into the transaction chain to protect transaction data privacy.The data interconnection between the transaction chain and the evaluation chain is achieved through an improved relay cross-chain method.Zero-knowledge proof is added to cross-chain verification to improve privacy protection algorithms in data transmission,ultimately achieving secure transmission of verification information between the dual chains.Performance analysis of this model shows that this method has lower time verification costs and higher security.Compared to other methods,this method has certain performance advantages.Secondly,to address the frequent occurrence of collusion and conspiracy in ecommerce transactions,which leads to low credibility of the evaluation model,a lowcost e-commerce credit evaluation model based on game theory is proposed.This model attempts to preliminarily screen evaluators participating in the evaluation activity by setting an evaluator selection algorithm.The evaluator game model is designed based on the Nash equilibrium principle and Nash equilibrium point.The payment function is designed to improve the reward and punishment mechanism for evaluators participating in the activity.Finally,the upload and update of score data are achieved.Performance analysis of this contract shows that this method has lower cost and time costs and has certain performance advantages compared to other methods.
