| This article is based on the study of traditional differential evolution algorithms and analyzes existing improvement measures for the algorithm.A parameter adaptive differential evolution algorithm is proposed to address the issues of slow convergence speed and susceptibility to local optima in optimization problems.This algorithm uses external parameter profiles to improve the diversity of individual algorithm populations,and combines a parameter selection strategy based on linear distribution with a strategy of adaptive population size change,effectively accelerating the convergence speed of the algorithm.By applying the algorithm to image multilevel threshold segmentation and image registration,the efficiency and accuracy of the solution are effectively improved.In both application scenarios,the parameter adaptive differential evolution algorithm proposed in this paper achieved significant optimization results.This article first proposes a differential evolution algorithm based on parameter adaptation,aiming to improve the performance of the algorithm from the perspective of improving individual diversity of the population and accelerating the convergence speed of the algorithm.The algorithm adopts a parameter selection strategy based on linear distribution and a population size adaptive change strategy.As the number of iterations of the algorithm increases,different strategies are adopted to update the algorithm parameters.The characteristic of this algorithm is that it can automatically adjust control parameters based on the iterative process,and can automatically adjust the size of the population during the optimization process to improve the search ability and effectiveness of the algorithm.On the basis of improving the algorithm,a multi threshold image segmentation method based on parameter adaptive differential evolution algorithm is proposed.This method can adapt to different images and threshold numbers,and can effectively improve the accuracy and efficiency of segmentation.By conducting comparative experiments with various adaptive algorithms,the performance of this method in solving the multi threshold segmentation problem of images is verified.Finally,a image registration method based on parameter adaptive differential evolution algorithm is proposed,and the proposed parameter adaptive algorithm is applied to the image registration problem.The accuracy of the proposed method is compared with the accuracy of other five advanced variant algorithms,and image registration is performed on different types of images(including medical images and natural images). |
