| Accompany by the continuous advancement of urbanization,urban population in China rises,and residents’ demand for housing has remained at a high level all year round.In 2021,residential sales area has reached 1.79 billion square meters in China,large-batch of housing construction provides an opportunity for the development of the industrialized prefabricated construction mode,moreover it brings a broader market for prefabricated indoor-decoration.As a new construction technology,residential prefabricated indoor-decoration is rapidly popularized and applied under the strategy of "Dual Carbon" due to its nature of fast construction speed,low labor cost,low-carbon and environmentally friendly construction process.With the iteration of information technology in architecture,Its value in the industrialized production of architecture is gradually emerging,and industrialized production is the most typical feature of prefabricated construction mode.BIM,as a technical method for the integration of architecture industrialization and informatization,its use value in new prefabricated architecture projects in the past few years has been verified and forms a relatively mature application system.However,in the subdivision module of prefabricated architecture-the field of prefabricated indoordecoration,the exploration of BIM is still in the preliminary stage.Therefore,this paper selects prefabricated housing as the research object.On the basis of BIM practical research,the focus is on BIM technology’s application mode and specific application strategy under stages of housing prefabricated indoor-decoration design、production、installation、operation and maintenance.The thesis is divided into six chapters.The first chapter "Introduction" is mainly based on the development status and important research results of domestic and foreign residential prefabricated interior decoration and BIM technology,and proposes the research direction of applying BIM technology to residential prefabricated indoor-decoration.The second chapter "BIM and residential prefabricated indoor-decoration.research and analysis" mainly expounds the relevant concepts and characteristics of BIM and prefabricated indoor-decoration,analyzes the value of BIM technology in the application of prefabricated indoordecoration based on the previous content.Through questionnaire and case study,this paper summarizes the current practical application status of BIM technology in the field of prefabricated indoor-decoration,and analyzes the intractable points in its applications,which provides a basis for the follow-up research of this paper.The third chapter "Application of BIM technology in the design stage of residential prefabricated indoor-decoration",mainly analyzes BIM technology in prefabricated indoor-decoration solutions’ design、deepening working mode and specific working content.and designs a set of modeling process that can be achieve intelligently by residential prefabricated built-in BIM model through Grasshopper parametric platform.The fourth chapter,"Application of BIM technology in the implementation stage of residential prefabricated indoor-decoration projects",it focuses on the application strategies and keystones of BIM technology in the production,transportation,installation,operation and maintenance of prefabricated indoor-decoration components.Chapter 5 "BIM-based residential prefabricated indoor-decoration project examples",taking the Hainan Sanya home improvement digital assembly project as an example,this instance particularly introduces the specific application process if BIM technology in actual prefabricated indoordecoration projects and summarizes the practical value of BIM technology during this engineering practice.Chapter 6 "Conclusions and Prospects",this part summarizes and backtracks the entire paper,summarizes the research results for whole texts and proposes shortcomings,and looks forward to future research in this field. |
