With the concept of energy saving and environmental protection winning support among the people,photovoltaic solar,as an important delegate of green energy,has been widely used.With good anti-interference,the dual-band circularly polarized antennas are widely used in satellite communication,military,aerospace and other fields.The combination of solar cells and dual-frequency circularly polarized antennas can meet the needs of outdoor energy supply and emergency information transmission on the ground.This thesis focuses on the integration of satellite communication antennas and solar cells,and reserchs the operation in the satellite communication frequency band(1.98~2.01 GHz,2.17~2.20GHz)microstrip circularly polarized transparent antenna,as well as the integrated design of the transparent antenna and solar cell,transparent antenna simulation models,antenna prototype testing,etc.The main research work is as follows:1.According to the specific requirements of solar antennas used in satellite communication,the current situation and development trend of existing satellite communication circularly polarized antennas,solar antennas and transparent antennas are analyzed.The preparation of microstrip circularly polarized transparent antennas by transparent conductive films is given.A stacked intergrated structure of the antenna and solar cell is designed and analyzed.2.Research on the method of realizing dual-band circular polarization of microstrip antennas,and the methods to improve the axial ratio bandwidth,impedance bandwidth,and gain performance.The traditional double-side-feed model realizes the circular polarization scheme by simulation and analysis,and on this basis,a model of single feeding with corner cutting dual-frequency circularly polarized microstrip antenna suitable for integration with solar cells is given3.The process scheme of preparing transparent antenna by film lithography method is researched,and the sample preparation of the microstrip circularly polarized transparent antenna obtained by simulation is carried out.The final antenna sample achieves a gain of better than 9.7d Bi in the frequency band of 1.98~2.20 GHz,the maximum axial ratio is 2.7d B,and the relative bandwidth of voltage standing wave ratio less than 2 is 17.83%.After integration,the antenna performance is not affected by the solar cell,and the output voltage of the solar cell is reduced by about 0.2V.The solar antenna finally designed and manufactured in this thesis has an overall weight of about 600 g,an output power of about 6W,and has good impedance matching,wide axial ratio bandwidth,and high gain.It has good application prospects in satellite communications,wireless detection,remote sensing and other fields.
