Most of China’s non-performing assets have been transferred to state-owned asset management companies(AMC)such as Huarong,Xinda and great wall,which are responsible for disposal and public auction.However,the traditional non-performing assets auction platform has some problems,such as high cost,high risk and low efficiency,and the data generated in the disposal process is usually stored in the central database,which is vulnerable to malicious nodes and does not have high credibility.Therefore,the introduction of the decentralization,traceability,data privacy and other characteristics of blockchain technology into the traditional auction system will have a profound impact on the auction finance field,but the current single blockchain platform can not meet the needs of non-performing asset auction models.Based on this,this paper proposes a ring signature non-performing asset auction model based on smart contract using blockchain technology.The main work is as follows:First,in view of many problems existing in traditional auction platforms,the architecture of non-performing asset auction based on blockchain has been improved.We generally use Go language to develop chain code,combine Solidity language to write smart contracts to achieve business logic,combine PHP and Java Script programming languages to assist development,and greatly save human and financial resources by giving reasonable play to the information interaction ability between seven layers of structures.Secondly,aiming at the problems of low efficiency and high risk in the auction process,a node consensus mechanism based on trust is designed.This mechanism updates and stores the data before and after the auction,so that the auction of each non-performing asset package is recorded on the distributed ledger,which can not only prevent malicious acts in the auction process,but also greatly improve the efficiency of consensus.Thirdly,aiming at the problems of AMC buyer information disclosure in the process of disposal,an auction model based on the combination of ring signature and smart contract is built.This model allows AMC buyers to bid and submit anonymously,auction each non-performing asset package according to actual data and agreed standards,and the final bidding results are transmitted and stored in an encrypted manner.It is not only convenient for bank credit staff to inquire with AMC buyers,but also ensures the fairness and impartiality of non-performing asset auction.The system takes the alliance chain as the core,maintains the private ownership of auction content on the network,and promotes the joint governance of relevant organizations.At the same time,the real non-performing asset auction data is used to test and verify,which proves the security and feasibility of the design scheme.Therefore,the establishment of an efficient bank non-performing assets auction system and a safe auction environment make the auction bidding results not be tampered with.This method can effectively solve the problems existing in the traditional bank non-performing assets auction,and make the auction system more safe and efficient.The research results provide decision-making and theoretical support for bank non-performing assets auction.
