With the deepening of global population aging,the traditional cleaning industry relying on demographic dividend is facing many problems such as difficult employment and high costs.In the context of the era of intelligent interconnection,the cleaning industry is gradually transitioning from traditional labor-intensive to modern intelligent technology intensive,and intelligent robots are the key to driving industry transformation.However,at present,the homogenization competition of cleaning products used in public places is serious.How to design intelligent cleaning products from the perspective of service design concept is also the top priority to promote the transformation of the cleaning industry.Therefore,this paper designs an intelligent cleaning robot for public places based on the concept of service design.Based on the theory of service design,this paper takes intelligent cleaning robot as the research object,and the service object and service provider in the service system as the research user.According to the relevant theory of service design,this paper conducts research,and uses the research methods of questionnaire,user interview,user role model and user journey map to obtain the user’s demand for intelligent cleaning robot.Using the KANO model to transform user requirements into product functional requirements,determine the requirement attributes of product functions through the obtained Better Worse coefficient graph,and prioritize the functions.Guided by the principle of service design,the service system and service blueprint of intelligent cleaning robot are constructed,and the contacts therein are analyzed and optimized.Combining the obtained functional requirements with the optimized contacts in the service system to form a product design positioning,determining that the main functions of the product are cleaning,disinfection,automatic garbage packaging,automatic garbage bag replacement,and intelligent interaction.Adhere to the principle of service design,design the function,structure and appearance of the product from ergonomics,CMF and other aspects,and design the App equipped with the product.This paper designs and researches intelligent cleaning robots based on the concept of service design,aiming to provide more convenient and efficient cleaning methods,build intelligent cleaning service system based on the concept of service design,improve the service mode of intelligent cleaning,and effectively improve the sanitary quality of public places.I hope that this paper can provide reference for the design of intelligent cleaning products and make contributions to the development of intelligent cleaning industry. |
