| Made in China 2025 proposes that the strategic goal of manufacturing power can be achieved through "three steps",and intelligent manufacturing is the path to improve the quality and efficiency of the manufacturing industry.In the 14th Five Year Plan,the photovoltaic industry has clearly defined the implementation of intelligent transformation in the national key development of new energy industries.This not only improves quality and efficiency to a certain extent,but also achieves green and sustainable development.TCL Central mainly focuses on the photovoltaic manufacturing industry.As one of the top three photovoltaic silicon wafer enterprises in China,it adheres to the strategy of "leading domestically and catching up globally".Through gradual improvement methods,the company undergoes intelligent transformation and upgrading from different dimensions at different stages to maintain its current competitive advantage in the industry and enhance its international competitiveness.This article selects TCL Central as the research case to explore the path of its intelligent transformation and how transformation affects enterprise performance,which has important reference significance for advanced manufacturing industry to improve quality and efficiency through intelligent transformation.TCL Central adopts a gradual transformation and upgrading,mainly through promoting the integration of technological innovation and Industry 4.0.This article studies the implementation process of the company’s intelligent transformation at different stages through two paths:production and operation transformation and organizational management transformation.In the foundation stage,the company established an information management system,expanded production capacity,and developed production towards automation,laying the foundation for the upcoming Industry 4.0;In the development stage,the transformation of intelligence will be officially incorporated into the enterprise’s development strategy,achieving the production and expansion of smart chemical plants.More emphasis will be placed on combining technological innovation with production processes and intelligent production,and developing flexible manufacturing;In the improvement stage,the company continues to expand its independent research and development of products and technologies,deepen the integration of technology and production lines,utilize differentiation advantages,and form new competitive advantages on the basis of consolidating previous achievements.The intelligent transformation of TCL Central has had an impact on enterprise performance through four paths:R&D innovation,cost reduction,efficiency improvement,and tax saving:increasing investment in R&D innovation,enhancing product value and technological level,thereby improving production efficiency and increasing profits;Building an intelligent factory,focusing on lean manufacturing,optimizing management processes,enabling information management,achieving automated and less manned production,improving production and management efficiency,and reducing production and management costs;Through intelligent investment,preferential policies such as increased input tax,pre tax deduction for R&D investment,and accelerated depreciation for newly added equipment have formed a tax saving effect,reducing tax burden.Through the above path,the indicators of operating income,total profit,gross profit margin and net return on assets have all improved,indicating that intelligent transformation has had an impact on financial performance.Finally,based on the research content and conclusions,reasonable suggestions are put forward for the development of related manufacturing industries,and the problems in the development of TCL Central are pointed out. |
