Research On Data Trust Governance Model Under The Perspective Of Information Epidemi

Infordemic is a complex information flow with negative impact in the face of hot social events such as public health emergencies.With the help of various social media,it spreads rapidly like an "epidemic".The infodemic involves complex participants,and its governance process faces the practical dilemma that stakeholder conflicts are difficult to mediate.The data trust governance model has the universality and integrity of data governance,which can maximize the mobilization of social forces,restrict the data controller,and has significant advantages in balancing the right structure and resolving conflicts of interest.Therefore combining the social problem of the infodemic with the data trust governance model can provide effective opinions for responding to the infodemic,enrich China’s social governance means in fighting the epidemic,and then explore and improve China’s data governance system,and broaden the research ideas of data trust localization.Based on the above research ideas,this paper is first based on the literature related to data governance and data trust governance model under the perspective of information epidemic at home and abroad,the relevant concepts and theoretical basis are defined,the level of data trust is divided,and the relationship between the infodemic and data trust,data trust and data trust,data trust and data governance is clarified.Secondly,the paper starting from the causes of the infodemic,the dilemma of the infodemic data governance is analyzed from the three aspects of economy,society and law,and the superiority of data trust governance mode is highlighted by comparing the existing data governance mode from the perspective of the infodemic.Thirdly,combined with the data trust governance mode of governance requirements and governance principles,the data trust governance model is designed under the perspective of information epidemic situation,including data providers,data trust institutions and data controllers,and based on the data life cycle theory,result feedback theory and PDCA cycle theory deconstruction and its main content.Finally,according to the data trust governance model,combined with the the infodemic and the key and difficult problems faced by data trust practice,the specific practice of guarantee,service and development strategy development model is proposed.
