Digital car keys,as an innovative technology towards intelligent automobile,have become a key content of automobile digitization research.By using mobile smartphones,smart cards and wearable devices(watches and bracelets)as car keys and combining with wireless communication technologies such as NFC,Bluetooth and UWB,the limitations of physical keys can be broken to achieve a more friendly keyless vehicle unlock and start.Integrating the functions of car keys into mobile devices not only solves the problem of low convenience and comfort,but also strengthens the connection between people and cars,and truly realizes the interconnection between people and cars.However,the digital car key security mechanism is still lack of corresponding standards,which seriously affects the actual implementation of technology and user experience.The existing digital key system has some security risks,such as radio frequency relay and other attacks seriously threaten the security of digital car lock system.In view of these problems,the main work of this paper includes the following aspects:(1)Based on the protocol for standardized identity authentication between vehicles and intelligent devices in THE ICCE 2020 specification compiled by the Domestic Intelligent Vehicle Alliance,a complete identity authentication process is designed to establish a trusted link between the key and the vehicle,and complete the hardware and software design and implementation of the digital vehicle lock prototype system.(2)In this paper,through collecting NFC interactive information of the original rf signal,based on machine learning is proposed to identify "rf fingerprint characteristics" prevent rf relay attacks solutions,software radio technology is adopted to accomplish a hardware platform,collected a large number of rf signal to create a machine learning sample data sets,using machine learning techniques,Relay attacks can be quickly and accurately detected.
