| With the development of industrial Internet and intelligent manufacturing,many emerging information technologies are applied to traditional industries and put forward new help to the original facilities and management technology,which makes more and more enterprises pursue the intelligent and data management of factories.As an unavailable part of intelligent factories,intelligent warehousing plays a vital role in improving the production efficiency of intelligent factories.Therefore,in order to improve the operation efficiency of warehouse in intelligent factory,we must improve the data management technology of warehouse.Forming a set of good warehouse data management scheme through intelligent means will greatly improve the utilization rate of goods in the warehouse and the efficiency of information statistics.At the same time,it can also reduce the human and material cost of the enterprise in the transportation process and improve the competitiveness of the enterprise in the same industry.Therefore,efficient warehouse data management system is the most important part of the whole intelligent warehouse.How to choose a more efficient path in warehouse picking largely determines the efficiency of warehouse operation,so the path planning of intelligent warehouse is the core technology of intelligent factory.This thesis will focus on the research and development of warehouse data management system and the design and implementation of robot path planning algorithm.The main contents of this thesis are as follows:(1)Design of path planning algorithm.Aiming at the constraint problem of robot in the practical application of warehousing and logistics,combined with the actual needs of Y company,a performance ant algorithm integrating genetic factors is proposed.The algorithm optimizes and improves the pheromone update mechanism and state transition strategy in ant colony algorithm to form a new performance ant algorithm.At the same time,it integrates genetic factors to strengthen the global optimization performance of the algorithm,and finally forms a performance ant algorithm integrating genetic factors,so as to realize the path planning of robot in warehouse.Through the experimental verification on the data set,the performance ant algorithm integrating genetic factors designed in this thesis can obtain higher efficiency in finding the optimal solution for the robot path planning problem,so as to further improve the operation efficiency of the storage system.(2)Design and implementation of warehouse data management system.Through the detailed investigation and analysis of the current situation and storage demand of Y company’s storage information management system,a set of intelligent storage data management system is designed.This thesis describes the design and implementation of this system in detail.Finally,through the actual operation for nearly half a year,it not only tests and verifies the performance and reliability of the system for a long time,but also proves that the system has achieved the expected design objectives and realized the actual business requirements. |
