| In recent years,with the rapid development of aerospace industry,the scope of satellite applications has become more and more widely.Due to the high cost of satellite launch,long on-orbit working time and high difficulty of on-orbit maintenance,it is necessary to complete the all-round local inspection of the communication equipment in the cabin before the satellite launched.This thesis analyzes the functional requirements of a certain type of satellite in-cabin communication in detail,and then proposes and demonstrates the feasibility of the design scheme of the data communication ground detection equipment.It completes the functional circuit design of the equipment,FPGA logic design and software design related to DSP and upper computer.The main contents include the following three aspects:First of all,this thesis designs an overall scheme according to the functional requirements of satellite data communication ground detection equipment,and demonstrates the design scheme.Secondly,the functional circuit design and related software design of the device are completed.The equipment functional circuit mainly includes: equipment power supply circuit,FPGA module and its peripheral circuit,DSP module and its peripheral circuit and signal interface circuit.These four parts of the function circuit ensure the transmission and processing of data on the hardware.Software design includes FPGA logic design,DSP software design and upper computer software design.Among them,for the FPGA logic part,this thesis designs the RS422,RS485 telemetry and RS485 remote sensing according to functional requirements for data processing and data flow control.For the DSP software part,C language is used to design the Socket communication server to transmit network port data.At the same time,this part also designs an EMIF program for data interaction with the FPGA.The upper computer software part uses the C# language to design the function of Socket communication client,data processing and analysis,error comparison and delay analysis and interface data configuration in order to better realize the functions of data transmission and reception,protocol analysis and statistical delay,bit error information and so on.Finally,after the design is completed,the overall debugging and testing of the equipment is carried out.After the separate debugging of each module and overall debugging,the functions of the equipment can be realized,and from the final test results of each module function,the satellite data communication ground detection equipment designed in this thesis satisfies the design requirements,and can complete the detection of a certain type of satellite cabin communication related data link. |
