With the development of my country’s economic globalization,in order to meet the needs of consumers,the workshop production of manufacturing enterprises mostly adopts multivariety and small-batch production methods.This production method poses a huge challenge to the management ability of the production logistics of the job shop.Since the capital and distribution costs consumed in the inventory management of production raw materials and workin-progress in production logistics account for most of the workshop operating costs,scientific and rational research on inventory management and material distribution optimization is of great significance to improving the overall efficiency of the production system.Therefore,the problem of inventory control and material distribution of the material warehouse in the job shop is studied in this thesis,based on the needs of job shop material management in discrete manufacturing enterprises.Based on the characteristics and management requirements of the production logistics system in the job shop environment,logistics control and optimization problems are analyzed firstly.Some problems related to the importance of shop floor inventory control and distribution,inventory cost composition,commonly used replenishment strategies and the significance of safety stock,are discussed.The problem of workshop distribution from types of problems,distribution generation,distribution characteristics and existing solutions are also analyzed.Aiming at the inventory problem in the job shop environment,the optimization problem of workshop inventory is studied in deeply.A safety stock value prediction algorithm is established,which use BP neural network and GA-BP algorithm.By further analyzing the inventory control problem,an inventory control model based on safety stock is established,that taking the safety stock as the best order point and taking the minimum inventory cost as the objective function.The calculation example simulation ans been done using Python to call the standardized software CPLEX,the results show that the proposed inventory control method is more accurate and efficient than the traditional ordering method.For further improving the efficiency of material distribution in the workshop,the material distribution problem based on the job shop is also studied in this thesis.According to the characteristics of workshop material requirements and distribution,a mathematical model is established with the goal of minimum delivery cost with time window and on-board capacity constraints,and the improved ant colony algorithm is obtained by combining genetics and ant colony algorithm.At the end,simulation under MATLAB has been done,which taking classic Solomon as an example,has verified the feasibility and effectiveness of the given algorithm in the thesis. |
