The wide deployment of IoT devices and advancement of wireless technologies have spurred the proliferation of concepts such as smart city,smart grids,etc.,which greatly improves human’s livelihood.Traditionally,dedicated infrastructures,i.e.,cloud,data center,etc.has been the norm to manage the overwhelming numbers of devices and unprecedented volumes of traffic.However,the increasing decentralization of IoT scenarios render those centralized management infrastructures infeasible,and a series of non-trivial security and efficiency issues arise due to single node of failure and intermittent wireless connections,including data tampering,privacy leakage,bandwidth limitation and strict synchronous message communication,etc.Although traditional symmetric encryption methodologies can ensure data confidentiality,and distributed device management schemes are proposed to alleviate the surge of IoT devices,the pending problems are yet solved fundamentally.In the increasing decentralization of IoT scenarios,aiming at the problems such as identity privacy leakage,data security and integrity caused by single node failure of facilities,intermittent wireless connection and lack of trust between devices,this paper proposes a cross domain privacy protection management system for heterogeneous device groups of IoT based on blockchain technology.The system applies decentralized blockchain technology and offchain storage technology to build a trusted data sharing platform;In order to protect the identity privacy of the device,the system implements the cross-domain security authentication module based on the identity signature / verification algorithm of zk-SNARKS,which ensures the cross-domain identity authentication of the device in an anonymous way;The secure crossdomain communication module is realized based on attribute based encryption technology and ECDHE key exchange technology to provide fine-grained data access control for devices;In addition,the system also deploys communication middleware for devices to improve the communication efficiency between IoT devices and blockchain nodes.We provide a rigorous system security analysis to demonstrate that the system proposed in this paper can defend against a range of security threats while maintaining data privacy and integrity.Finally,we demonstrate the practicability and efficiency of our system through solid experiments.
