It is well known that multi-agent systems have a wide range of applications in big data network analysis,UAV formation control, blockchain technology, social networks, and smart grids. Therefore, the study of cluster behavior of multi-agent systems has been favored by more and more experts and scholars. In particular, different control methods have been introduced into the consensus analysis of multi-agent systems in the study of multi-agent systems consensus control, and rich research results have been obtained, such as: self-adaptive control,event-triggered based control,time-driven control, sampled data control, and impulsive control.Among them, impulsive control is a typical discontinuous type of control, which has good economy and practicality compared with the continuous type of control methods, and thus is widely used in the consensus study of multi-agent systems. In reality, the impulsive controller will inevitably be disturbed by some random factors in operation, resulting in changes in the actual impulsive intensity, which ultimately affects the effectiveness of the impulsive control. Therefore,it is necessary to use a stochastic model to characterize the impulsive intensity. In recent years, some research results have been achieved on the stability of stochastic impulsive systems. However, further research is needed for the stochastic impulsive control of multi-agent systems to analyze the effect of the randomness of the impulses on the consensus control effect of multi-agent systems. Therefore, this paper investigates the consensus problem of time-varying time-delay multi-agent systems under stochastic impulsive control.By introducing stochastic parameters and discrete-time Markov chains to characterize the stochastic impulsive, and then with the help of the analysis of the stability of Lyapunov functions, sufficient conditions for the consensus of time-varying time-delayed multi-agent systems under stochastic impulsive control are investigated. The main contents of this paper are summarized as follows:In Chapter 1,the background and significance of the research on the consensus of time-varying time-delayed multi-agent systems under stochastic impulsive control are described;the current status of domestic and international research related to the consensus of multi-agent systems and the stability of stochastic impulsive control systems is introduced;finally, the framework and main contents of this paper are presented. In Chapter 2,for a class of time-varying time-delayed multi-agent systems, sufficient conditions for the consensus of such time-varying time-delayed multi-agent systems under the control of stochastic impulsive are investigated by introducing stochastic parameters to characterize the intensity of stochastic impulsive, and by also analyzing the stability of Lyapunov functions with the help of Lyapunov functions. In Chapter 3,a discrete-time Markov chain is introduced to inscribe the onset time of random impulsive, further relaxing the conditional restrictions on random impulsive.Based on this study a sufficient condition for the consistency of a time-varying time-delayed multi-agent system with much lower conservativeness is derived. In Chapter 4,summarizes and organizes the research results of this paper, and also on this basis, reflects on some shortcomings and defects in the research process of this paper and proposes some possible feasible research ideas for the future.
