| The application of information technology in the field of tourism is becoming more and more extensive,and its impact on the experience of tourism service is also a research hotspot.In the era of experience economy,experience is the core concern of destinations and tourism service companies.Existing literature has done some research on the impact of information technology on tourism experience,but the existing literature does not explain how information technology affects tourism service experience.Therefore,this paper studies how information technology affects the tourism service experience from the perspective of presence,and studies how the presence of different types of information technology affects the tourism service experience.This paper uses CiteSpace software to analyze the literature,and analyzes and summarizes the related literature in the field of tourism service experience and technology.In-depth analysis,induction and summary of the main research contents such as the research objects of the highly relevant literature,the impact results and mechanisms on the tourism service experience,etc.are carried out.By analyzing domestic and foreign literature on tourism technology,tourism service experience,and tourism participation,a theoretical model is constructed based on role theory,presence theory and other related theories.It integrates the three concepts of social presence,tourism participation and tourism service experience,and divides social presence into work-related social presence,life-related social presence,and travel service platform presence.sense three dimensions.It is proposed that the presence of work-related social interaction has a negative impact on tourism participation and tourism service experience,and the presence of life-related social interaction and tourism service platform has a positive impact on tourism participation and tourism service experience..Through empirical analysis,this study confirms that social presence does affect tourism service experience by affecting tourism participation.Moreover,this study found that the sense of presence generated by work-related social interaction had no significant impact on tourism participation and tourism service experience,while the sense of presence generated by life-related social interaction and the sense of presence generated by the travel service platform had no significant impact on tourism participation and tourism service experience.It does have a positive impact. |
