Nowadays,people can shop online and order food online,which has become the norm.With the rapid development of e-commerce,shoppingonline has entered a period of rapid development,and mobile shopping has become widely accepted shopping method.However,when people enjoy take-out,they are always wonderingisthis foodsafe?The Covid-19has pushed this concern to the limit,people are looking forward to the emergence of new "food safety"management system.The pandemic Covid-19 and soil pit pickledvegetablesexposed by CCTV 315has exacerbated this concerns,During the period of epidemic prevention,some colleges closed the channels of express and take-out.The teachers and students are expecting a new reassuring campus safety food supply management system.Based on the high concern of the safety of campus take-out,we visited the production site of the restaurant near the school,grasped the development situation at home and abroad.Through the analysis and research of the survey results,various problems of the existing campus take-out phenomenon are clarified.Then,designing and establishing colleges’own campus take-out systemcan not only effectively maintain the campus order,but also help solve a series of problems such as the rigid need for campus take-out.Campus food safety management is a systematic project,which should take the school as the main part,from the aspects of personnel professional quality,management mode,school supervision and inspection,food safety education and campus“rider”distribution,etc.,to effectively strengthen the campus food safety under the epidemic environment.Link safety management,improve the level of campus food safety management to ensure the food safety of teachers and students.The campus take-out system consists of a mobile application system,a Web management system and a server system.Based on the high concern of consumers for the safety of online ordering,we visited the food production site and sorted out the development status at home and abroad.Through the analysis and research of the survey results,the advantages and disadvantages of the existing food delivery system,as well as the opportunities and challenges of the new food delivery system are clarified,and the main research contents,research objectives and problems to be solved are determined.The target users of the campus take-out system are campus students,teachers and resident staff on campus.They can obtain personalized meal ordering services through the system,and use the Android terminal development technology to realize an APP client that allows users to order meals.The web-side network user is the restaurant administrator.This module is implemented through the Vue front-end technology,allowing users to quickly manage the restaurant and view the revenue statistics.The server uses the Express service framework and provides powerful personalized recommendation and data analysis services.The server provides personalized recommendations for mobile users through a catering resource recommendationalgorithm optimized based on reinforcement learning.Recommend corresponding dishes to users.Restaurant managers use server data statistics to provide them with user,order,and dish analysis,and help them achieve better performance in the operation process.Finally,the campus take-out system based on customized recommendations was developed,which solved the complex problems in the existing take-out ordering methods in colleges.All functional modules of the system passed the relevant tests and reached the expected development standards.And made a feasibility analysis of the campus food delivery system from six aspects:cultural environment,economic environment,social environment,technical environment,business operation and profit model.The analysis shows that the campus take-out system is feasible which developing on the concept of food safety,and can bettersolvethe urgent needs of current consumers.
