Binocular Stereo Vision is a branch of computer vision technology.It also uses camera images to extract information.This measurement method has the advantages of non-contact,high speed and high measurement accuracy.Binocular stereo vision technology is to use two cameras similar to human eyes to take two photos of the object at different positions,to find the matching position points between the two photos,and to obtain the depth information of each position point on the photo according to the measured information of the camera’s internal and external parameters and similar trigonometry theorem.The main work of this paper is to use binocular stereo vision to measure the specific target volume,including cuboid target volume measurement and half surface object volume measurement.First,the volume of the cuboid target is measured by using a calibrated camera.Two images were taken with a fixed height camera,and the depth images were obtained by semi-global Matching algorithm(SGM).The depth image is segmented by the adaptive threshold algorithm,and the depth information of the upper surface of the target object is extracted.At the same time,the rectangular area of the upper surface is calculated.The volume of the rectangular object is calculated by the depth information and the rectangular area of the upper surface.At the same time,the cuboid target volume measured by this method is compared with the actual volume,and the causes of the error between them are analyzed.On the basis of the above research,we start to measure the volume of the target on a specific half curved surface.Compared with the study on the surface of the planar target,surface target volume measurement need to be more accurate,matching results without defect,so this article join grid laser improve matching accuracy and precision.The target image is segmented by the grid intersecting point information,and the segmented image is used for stereo matching.Then,the depth information of each region is integrated,and the double integral of the depth information of the integrated image is calculated to obtain the target volume.Finally,the target volume of curved surface measured by this method is compared with the volume measured by drainage method.According to the error causes between the two methods,the correction coefficient is set to correct the volume,so as to improve the accuracy of volume measurement. |
