In code division multiple access(CDMA)system,zero correlation zone(ZCZ)sequence sets can be used as address code to remove multipath interference and multiple access interference.In orthogonal frequency division multiplexing(OFDM)system,ZCZ sequence sets can be used in channel estimation,channel synchronization,etc.In multiple input multiple output-orthogonal frequency division multiplexing(MIMO-OFDM)system,ZCZ sequence sets be used for interference-free pilot design,in order to obtain higher channel estimation accuracy.Co-channel pilot interference can be eliminated effectively.Visibly,it is essential that researching on the design of zero correlation zone sequence sets for the communication systems.This thesis mainly studies the construction of zero correlation zone complementary sequence sets and Gaussian integer asymmetric zero correlation zone sequence sets.Firstly,the construction of optimal zero correlation zone aperiodic complementary sequence(ZACS)sets with intra-group complementary properties was proposed.Based on orthogonal sequence sets,setting the parameter θ properly,zero correlation zone aperiodic complementary sequence sets can be obtained.The resultant sequence sets have ideal autocorrelation properties and intra-group complementary properties.The length of ZCZ can be chosen flexibly under the condition of Z|N.Moreover,based on the multilevel perfect sequence over integer,Gaussian integer orthogonal sequence set was constructed which can be used as the initial sequence in the construction of ZACS.Secondly,the construction of optimal aperiodic inter-group complementary(IGC)sequence sets was proposed.In this method,perfect complementary sequence sets can be constructed by two orthogonal matrices of the same order.Kronecker-product operations can be used to expand the sequence sets.The optimal inter-group complementary sequence sets can be obtained.Sequences in the same group have zero correlation zone,and sequences in different group have ideal correlation characteristics.Finally,the construction of Gaussian integer asymmetric zero correlation zone sequence sets with inter-set zero cross-correlation zone was proposed.Based on perfect Gaussian integer sequence,mutually orthogonal zero correlation zone sequence sets can be obtained using interleaving operation.Then,Gaussian integer asymmetric zero correlation zone sequence sets can be obtained by filtering.The result sequence sets can be optimal,and the length of ZCZ and inter-set ZCZ can be chosen flexibly.
