In today’s information age,the gradual application of face recognition system has greatly changed the traditional way of identity authentication,bringing convenience and convenience to people.It also provides a new starting point for the realization of real name authentication of telecom operators.With the gradual increase of the state’s efforts to combat telecommunications fraud,on the one hand,telecom operators need to complete the real name authentication of the real name system earlier,and on the other hand,customers must do real name authentication when dealing with many businesses.Today,with the rapid increase of labor cost and time cost,how to make customers stay away from home and handle real name related businesses quickly and conveniently has become the consistent demand of telecom operators.Based on this,this paper designs and implements the face recognition system of telecom operators.At the same time,with the domestic mobile phone gradually rise in the domestic market share,Android mobile phone platform accounted for 70% market share based on the above,due to the development of software and Android released a more open environment,make the system more conducive to the realization of the system quickly to the market in the Android platform.Based on the OpenCV platform,using C language and C++ language interface,the use of face recognition method based on eigenface,implementation scheme given a relatively complete face recognition,finally using the Eclipse code to achieve the transplantation,using the face recognition system on the Android platform.The main contents of the work include the following aspects:(1)the theory and principle of face recognition process at home and abroad are studied,and the research status and application at home and abroad are briefly explained.(2)face recognition is divided into four processes: face detection,face image preprocessing,face feature extraction,facial feature retrieval,and combined with source code.(3)the Android system platform and the OpenCV image processing library language are studied in depth to understand its development environment and various functions.(4)using the OpenCV for Android to build a Android based development environment under the Eclipse platform,and finally realize the recognition function of the system.
