| In accordance with the relevant deployment of China’s Education Modernization2035,the overall layout of the 14 th Five-Year Plan and the overall goal of a high-quality education system,the macro governance system and related policies of private higher education in China have undergone many changes.Facing the increasingly fierce competition in the higher education industry,how to stand out in the background of the new policy environment and find a suitable path for their own development is a problem worth thinking about.This paper takes G College of Xiamen as an example to explore the development strategy planning of private undergraduate colleges in the new era.The development problems facing G College are typical among the same type of colleges.In the research process,on the one hand,the internal environment of G private university is analyzed.The key internal advantages and disadvantages of G College are obtained through the analysis of its management system,hardware facility capacity,discipline construction,scientific research,faculty and enrollment.On the other hand,the external environment of G private universities is analyzed.After analyzing the external environment with PEST and Porter’s five Forces model,the key opportunities and threats are obtained.On the basis of the above analysis,entropy weight method,internal and external factor evaluation matrix and SWOT matrix model are used for quantitative and qualitative analysis,so as to select a suitable development strategy for G School.Through the above analysis,the mission,vision and goals of G College are put forward,as well as the overall strategy of combining the growth strategy under the SO combination with the diversified management strategy under the ST combination,and the competitive strategy of the differentiation of education and teaching modes.Finally,it puts forward the measures and guarantee of strategy implementation in the aspects of school-running characteristics,education mode and personnel training. |
