| With the promotion and implementation of the National Fitness Program in China,the awareness of participation in the national fitness program has been rapidly improved.The most representative is the vigorous development of marathon sports.Both the number of participants and the number of events held have shown explosive growth,and related research has also increased.However,due to factors such as scientific research,policies,laws and regulations,and the lagging development speed of sports,As a result,the development of the marathon movement exposed various problems,and even extreme events that shocked the whole country.The bibliometric analysis can explore the literature authors and institutions,research methods,research contents and hot spots,and the number of literature citations,reflect the development direction and change process of the discipline,and help reveal the literature characteristics,information dissemination,distribution structure and laws of the discipline.The analysis of the research results of the discipline is objective and scientific.By using the method of bibliometrics,this paper analyzes the literature of marathon,the core journal of sports marathon,and has important theoretical and practical significance for the related research and scientific development of marathon.By using the methods of documentation,bibliometrics,mathematical statistics and logical analysis,this paper makes an analysis of the changes in the number,research themes,citations of the papers in the core journals of marathon sports from 1990 to2020,as well as the authors,institutions and analysis of the evolution process and development trend of the hot spots explored in the field of domestic marathon research,and draws the following conclusions:(1)From the perspective of time distribution,marathon research in China has gone through a period of fluctuating development(1992-2003),a period of slow development(2004-2015),and a period of rapid development(2016-2020).(2)From the perspective of research hotspots,the hot research of marathon in China involves marathon events,sports management,and urban marathon,among which sports management is the majority.(3)From the perspective of research focus,the future focus of marathon exploration will be on high-quality development of marathon events,strengthening rectification and improvement of event management,and building urban marathon brands.(4)From the perspective of scientific research institutions and funds,there are 21high-yield authors,with a maximum of five articles,of which Beijing Sport University has the highest number.In terms of fund support,the country has the most social science support.(5)Judging from the cited journals and the number of citations,Zhang Dengfeng,the scholar with the most citations,has studied the marathon events,and Gao is the sports culture guide journal.(6)From the visual analysis,Marathon has gone through the process of self research of competition training and exploration of multi-disciplinary fields integrating society,economy and culture.The evolution of marathon hot topics tends to the aspects of event regulation and development benefits,event safety and rescue,and climate.(7)From the perspective of the core authors in the scientific research field,the core authors have formed a relatively close research team,which has a certain impact on the research and development of the project.Through bibliometric analysis of the core journals of marathon sports in China,the following suggestions are put forward:(1)Among the core sports journals,the sports culture guide has the largest number of articles and citations,and scholars can focus on it when writing and submitting articles.(2)The organizers of marathon events in China should pay attention to and attach importance to the research results of marathon scientific research in China,and hold high-quality events.(3)We should broaden the research on the combination of culture,tourism and sports culture in ethnic areas.Pay attention to the research on holding marathon events under the influence of the COVID-19 epidemic. |
