Research On The Training Strategy Of Traditional Martial Arts Reserve Talents In Linqin

The reserve talent of wushu is the cornerstone of the development of wushu and also the need of the sustainable development of wushu.Linqing is an ancient city rich in history and culture,giving birth to a group of people with lofty ideals and creating Linqing traditional martial arts which have been handed down to today.It is the most famous for its two martial arts,Linqing elbow chu and Linqing Tan leg,both of which are the intangible cultural heritage of China.However,in recent years,there are many problems have appeared in the process of development.The author takes two intangible cultural heritage projects of Linqing--Linqing Elbow hammer and Linqing Tan leg as examples to carry out investigation and research.In this paper,literature survey,expert interview,questionnaire survey,field survey and other research methods are used to conduct questionnaires and field interview surveys,which,Through the study,collation and analysis,Investigated and visited relevant trainees,coaches of inheritors,training site facilities,and studied relevant rules and regulations,The following problems are summarized:(1)the evolution of the technology appeared in the inheritance process of the two projects,Relatively few inheritors have both accurate and perfect technology mastery,Strict requirements for the selection of students and reserve talents,Leading to a shortage of students,Lack of talent;(2)Unreasonable age structure among the students,The reason for this phenomenon is that "the contradiction between learning and training",Although valuing the trainees’ interest choice,But there are many conflicts with their studies,There is still no perfect way to avoid it;(3)The education level of the coaches is generally not high,Scientific research is also relatively lacking,All need improvement in all aspects;(4)For the aspect of material selection,Still based on experience,Scientific material selection is an auxiliary material,Lack of material selection mechanism at present,Causing the loss of high-quality students;(5)The overall rules and regulations for the students,the coaches and the sports team are also not perfect,There are inevitably some problems,Making the whole team poorly managed,Lead to the cultivation of reserve talents deviate from the direction.Various problems in the process of current reserve talents training,is the current priority to be solved,so the author puts forward the following Suggestions:(1)for the qing traditional martial arts technology evolution and inheritance,inheritance people to keep is innovation,the government should also bear the first to protect the main body living space,planning and protect the reserve talents and inheritance subject,but also in the localization at the same time,will promote the qing traditional martial arts;(2)Under the current form policy,deeply implement the strategy of physical education integration,jointly manage with the school to solve the learning and training contradictions;(3)strict requirements on the sports technology,scientific research culture,assessment system and other aspects,and establish the reward and punishment system,which helps to improve the enthusiasm of coaches to work;(4)scientific material selection,scientific material selection index,selection and tracking talents to achieve twice the result with half the effort;(5)formulate the local Linqing martial arts system and control the operation of students,coaches and teams.
