Because of its comprehensive and wide-ranging nature,children’s drama activities can be well integrated with the five major areas of kindergarten.Reasonable development of children’s drama activities can gradually link children’s understanding of various fields,form a complete and unified cognition,and promote their social development.However,at present,there are still relatively few domestic studies on excavating the social value contained in "children’s drama activities".Therefore,the author chose Professor Chen Huichang’s "Social Development Scale of Children Aged 4-7" as a research tool,and selected Garden A featuring children’s drama activities and Park B without drama activities in Shaoguan City as sample gardens to understand the difference in the social development level of kindergarten children in kindergarten A and B.After measuring and in-depth analysis of kindergarten children A and B,the following conclusions were drawn: there were differences in the social development of kindergarten children in kindergarten A and B,and the level of kindergarten A was higher than that of kindergarten B.2.Children’s drama activities can narrow the difference in the social development level of children of different genders;3.Children’s drama activities can reduce the influence of family socioeconomic status on children’s social development level.Based on the case studies,this study believes that the main reasons for this situation are as follows: kindergarten A children often participate in children’s drama activities,and their social development level is improved,while kindergarten B children rarely have such opportunities,which leads to differences in the social development level of children in kindergarten B.Second,the level of social development of children is affected by gender,and the level of girls is generally higher than that of boys,so there are obvious gender differences in the level of social development of kindergarten B.Kindergarten A often carries out children’s drama activities,which narrows the gender gap in children’s social development.Therefore,the influence of children’s gender on the social development level of kindergarten B children was significant,but the impact on kindergarten A children was not significant.Third,the socioeconomic status of the family is an important factor affecting the growth and development of young children,and Kindergarten A improves the social development level of children through the development of children’s drama activities,and narrows the social development gap between children with different family socioeconomic status levels.The socioeconomic status level of children’s families positively affects the social development level of children,and the influence of family socioeconomic status on the social development level of children in kindergarten A is less than that of kindergarten B.
