Research On The Evaluation Of Service Quality Of National Physical Fitness Monitoring In Hefe

With the progress of the times,China’s social and economic development is rapid,and the quality of life of the people is getting higher and higher.At present,the people’s demand for sports is also stronger.Especially in the post epidemic era,people pay more attention to their own physical health,and regular physical health testing has become a part of daily life.Therefore,in this special era background,the national fitness monitoring service activities promoted by the country have been pushed to a new height,and the slogan of normalization of national fitness monitoring has been put forward,However,it is worth studying whether the existing national fitness monitoring service system can meet the growing demand of modern people for the status of physical health.At present,the number and scale of national fitness monitoring stations across the country are growing,but the service quality provided as part of the public service for national fitness determines the depth of their future service activities.Based on this,how to further improve the service quality of national fitness monitoring will not only affect people’s views on national fitness monitoring activities,but also affect the extent of people’s participation.It has a more macro significance for the implementation of the national fitness program and the improvement of national fitness.This paper takes the service quality of Hefei national physique monitoring work as the research object,adopts the method of literature,questionnaire,field investigation,mathematical statistics and so on to study the service quality of Hefei national physique monitoring work.The paper mainly discusses from the following aspects: Firstly,it mainly analyzed the development status of national physical fitness monitoring in Hefei city and the current situation of policy support for national physical fitness monitoring service by Hefei city government.;Secondly,the paper deeply analyzes the basis,principles and steps of constructing the service quality evaluation index system of national physical fitness monitoring in Hefei City,and on this basis,21 evaluation indexes are established from five dimensions of infrastructure,staff,service content,organization and management,tracking and maintenance by using expert interview method.Then through the use of analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to build the overall goal of Hefei national physique monitoring work service quality evaluation index system and AHP structure model,and then combined with Delphi method to calculate the weight of each index;Thirdly,Combined with the data obtained from the satisfaction questionnaire,the comprehensive use of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to comprehensively,objectively and scientifically evaluate the service quality of Hefei’s national physique monitoring work,and analyze the evaluation results;Finally,based on the results of the actual service quality evaluation,some optimization suggestions are given on how to better improve the service quality of Hefei’s national physique monitoring work.Through the investigation and research,it is found that due to the low management level,outdated operation mode,insufficient capital investment and other reasons,the service quality of the national physique monitoring work in Hefei has some problems,such as inadequate software and hardware facilities,low level of service personnel and poor attention of the masses.Based on this,the paper proposes that the government can improve the work supervision mechanism,enhance the evaluation system,attach importance to talent training,improve the management system,carry out public health lectures,and promote information publicity;The National Fitness Monitoring Station should clarify the functional orientation of the institution,enrich the content of monitoring services,reasonably plan the development layout,and complete the corresponding infrastructure;The society should strengthen diversified cooperation,broaden the scope of physical testing services,encourage public oversight of physical testing,improve the quality of comprehensive services and other targeted development suggestions.
