Traditional supply chain finance still has many pain points due to the information asymmetry among multiple subjects and the serious phenomenon of information island in the supply chain, which does not effectively meet the financing needs of small and medium-sized enterprises. With the high support of national policies and the rapid development of emerging technologies, blockchain + supply chain finance came into being, opening up a new way for the financing of small and medium-sized enterprises.Using the research method of combining qualitative and quantitative, this thesis focuses on the value of the application of blockchain technology to accounts receivable financing mode, and analyzes the decentralized pricing and financing decision-making of three-level supply chain with capital constraints before and after the introduction of blockchain technology,as well as the centralized decision-making and coordination mechanism among subjects.Firstly, this thesis establishes the pricing decision-making model of three-level supply chain, combs the business process of suppliers under the traditional accounts receivable financing mode, and discusses the pricing and financing decision-making of secondary suppliers, primary suppliers and core enterprises; Then we analyze the pain points existing in the traditional accounts receivable financing mode and the technical advantages of blockchain applied to supply chain finance, comb the business process of blockchain + accounts receivable financing mode according to the practice of blockchain + supply chain finance in the industry, and studie the optimal decision-making and income of supply chain subjects after the introduction of blockchain,Compared with the optimal decision-making and income under the traditional mode, this thesis discusses the impact of the introduction of blockchain technology on the decision-making and income of each subject; Finally, the centralized decision-making problem of multi-agent on the blockchain platform is studied, the Shapley benefit coordination mechanism is established, the business process of the supply chain in the ideal blockchain is described, the centralized decision-making model is established, and compared with the blockchain + accounts receivable financing model, which shows the significance of the blockchain platform to attract multi-agent on the chain. The results show that blockchain technology solves the financing problem of multi-level suppliers; When the bank loan interest rate under the traditional accounts receivable financing is relatively high, the blockchain technology will not only bring higher benefits to each subject of the supply chain, but also relatively reduce the market price and improve the sales volume. The higher the interest rate under the traditional mode, the greater the value generated by the blockchain technology; In addition, based on the separability of digital debt vouchers, the impact of interest rate changes on the decision-making and income of each entity after the introduction of blockchain is much less than that before the introduction; For the supply chain with a longer accounting period, the value brought by blockchain technology is greater;Under the blockchain + accounts receivable financing mode, the total income of centralized decision-making is higher than that of decentralized decision-making,and the benefit coordination mechanism of Shapley value method can promote multi-agent cooperation;Transfer payment mode creates higher income for the supply chain under certain conditions and improves the competitiveness of banks, which is the ultimate goal of regional block chain technology of financial institutions.
