At present,with the industrial transformation and upgrading in China and the production reform of enterprises,the requirements for the storage of materials are constantly improving,and the warehouses for storing materials are also developing to the direction of intelligence.T he intelligentization of warehouse is mainly reflected in the technical improvement of safety p recaution means.The traditional warehouse in China still needs more manual operation for th e security of material storage,the monitoring and improvement of the warehouse environment,and the recording of people in and out,especially in remote areas,whose intelligence degree is low.Using STM32 SCM as the central controller system can form a complete set of system network in the warehouse,improve the degree of automation to achieve unmanned managem ent,can solve the traditional warehouse in the large amount of personnel monitoring,the use of paper records and environmental data difficult to store the problem,reduce the small and m edium-sized warehouse intelligent security costs.Firstly,the shortcomings of the traditional warehouse and the needs of the intelligent sec urity transformation project are analyzed.Then,the research status of the security control syst em in the warehouse is compared at home and abroad.Combined with embedded technology and Internet of things technology,the warehouse security control system based on STM32 M CU is designed.Secondly,it describes the design ideas and working principles and methods o f the warehouse security system.The embedded system includes the upper computer and the l ower computer.The upper computer design includes PC terminal and mobile terminal.The up per computer at both ends has a clear and simple control interface,which can greatly improve the man-machine interaction ability.The lower computer is composed of STM32 single chip microcomputer and other functional modules,and is equipped with each warehouse.It uses te mperature and humidity sensors,smoke sensors,relays and so on to achieve environmental de tection,electrical automatic control and fire warning of the warehouse.The sensor data of eac h warehouse will be uploaded to the display interface of the upper computer in real time and s aved in the PC.In order to strengthen the security of other personnel in the warehouse,an acc ess control system based on RFID technology is established.Finally,the serial port of PC ter minal is connected to the lower computer of each warehouse.The mobile terminal uses the Int ernet of Things technology and the intelligent cloud platform to connect to the distribution net work of the lower computer for remote monitoring to realize the unattended warehouse.Each upper computer generates application software,which is convenient for enterprise warehouse installation and debugging.The upper computer can set appropriate environmentalthresholds according to different materials,and when the threshold is exceeded,the system will automati cally stop the relevant electrical appliances to improve the environment,and carry out alarm p ush in different ways.After the system combines the software and hardware,through building the embedded sy stem platform for the warehouse security control system function test,can realize the warehou se environment monitoring,fire warning,automatic control of electrical appliances,access co ntrol and data storage and other functions,can meet the small and medium-sized warehouse f or intelligent security control needs.
