| with the development of the Internet industry,the method of communication between researchers has also changed.In addition to formal research exchanges,lots of informal communication methods have also emerged.Electronic journal platform allows researchers to consult journal literature,understand journal information and choose journal submission at any time.More and more researchers also choose to use network social platform to carry out scientific communication and academic research,many scientific researchers begin to use the periodical platform to make comments and exchange their comments on the periodical situation,user service,review speed,submission results and other aspects.Therefore,reviewing sci-tech periodicals contains great value.It can promote the publishers of related periodicals to improve their services and improve the level of periodicals according to the comments and become a channel for users of sci-tech periodicals to obtain relevant information and communicate with other users.As a result,user review of sci-tech journals can enhance the scientific research communication between journals and users and between users,and promote the development of sci-tech journals better.From the perspective of users’ comments on sci-tech journals,this paper selects the list of high-quality sci-tech journals deployed and launched by China Association for Science and Technology,and collects high-quality sci-tech journal reviews on Med SCI,Mu Chong and Let Pub platform.In the first part of my study,I use the LDA topic model to mine the topics,and find out what the journal users usually involve when writing the reviews of high-quality sci-tech journals,so as to analyze the main concerns of journal users for high-quality sci-tech journals.In this process,this paper uses Gibbs sampling method to complete the estimation of model parameters,and through calculation to draw the degree of confusion curve and consistency curve to find the best parameter value of the model.In the other part,this study uses the method of machine learning to analyze the emotional tendencies and attitudes of critics on these topics,and conducts an emotional attitude analysis on the topic based on the scientific and technological journals of different disciplines,so as to put forward some suggestions for the supervision and improvement of the journal publishing industry and journal publishers of different disciplines respectively.Moreover,I calculate the emotion score for each topic aspect of the high quality sci-tech periodicals in the list,and issue the topic emotion score catalog of the high quality sci-tech periodicals,which provides the auxiliary reference for the users of sci-tech periodicals to select the periodicals,and puts forward some suggestions for the selection of periodicals.Finally,we use the analysis results to evaluate the emotional scores of other journals under different topics,and the evaluation results have certain accuracy.The experimental results show that the topics involved in user reviews of sci-tech journals include journal description,journal review speed,user contribution results and journal submission service,among which the attention from the largest to the smallest is journal submission results,journal review speed,journal submission service and journal description.In terms of contribution service and description,most users hold a commendatory attitude,while in terms of review speed,users’ opinions are basically equal.At the same time,most subjects have good thematic emotional tendency,among which clinical medicine and agriculture and forestry are relatively poor.This paper provides some research ideas for analyzing user comments of sci-tech journals.The results of the analysis can not only help journal publishers to understand the concerns of users of sci-tech journals,supervise and improve the submission process,but also provide some reference suggestions for journal users to choose high-quality sci-tech journals for submission. |
