Abstract/Summary:
In today’s rapid economic growth and rising living standards of the people,the concept of food consumption of our residents has changed.Edible mushrooms are an important part of agricultural products in Jilin Province and contain rich nutritional value.However,in recent years,there have been many cases of food poisoning caused by inadequate food quality,and there are many reasons for this phenomenon.The entire edible mushroom supply chain is complex and complicated,making it difficult to monitor and define responsibilities.More importantly,the existing supply chain traceability method of edible mushrooms adopts centralized storage,so the supply chain data can be easily tampered with by the participating enterprises,and each enterprise is isolated from each other and lacks trust.Blockchain technology has the characteristics of decentralization and distributed storage,and is now widely used in food traceability.However,there are still some drawbacks in the process of practical application,such as the complete disclosure of enterprise information due to all data on the chain and the slow querying of data by users due to the excessive pressure of storage on the chain.Therefore,this paper combines cryptography technology with blockchain from practical problems to build a blockchain-based edible mushroom supply chain traceability scheme,and the main research contents are as follows:First,the business process of edible mushroom supply chain and the problems of traditional traceability are analyzed,the blockchain-based edible mushroom supply chain traceability scheme is constructed,and the underlying network is designed and deployed.The chain code and interstellar file system are introduced to realize the automatic execution of verification steps between enterprises to upload data according to the agreed rules,and the original data are encrypted and uploaded to the interstellar file system to slow down the storage pressure on the blockchain and improve the query efficiency.Secondly,the supply chain data protection model is constructed by using national secret algorithm and secret sharing.For enterprise information,before uploading data to the blockchain,the combination of grouping encryption algorithm and elliptic curve encryption algorithm in the national secret algorithm is used to encrypt and protect the data privacy among enterprises;for consumer information,the regulator uses the combination of elliptic curve encryption algorithm and verifiable secret sharing scheme in the national secret algorithm to split and process the key and distribute it to enterprises,and only consumers have the authority to combine the key to complete,query the supply chain data.The performance analysis is conducted through experiments,and the results show that both data encryption security and efficiency in this scheme can meet the actual needs of edible mushroom traceability.Finally,the above traceability scheme is applied to the actual traceability process,and the blockchain-based edible mushroom supply chain traceability platform is designed and developed according to the actual requirements.The functions of this platform can meet the decentralized management of data,access to data between different enterprises can be freely assigned by data uploading enterprises for access,and the supervisory department can supervise the data uploaded by enterprises to ensure that data circulation in the supply chain is not tampered with by enterprises privately and to improve the authenticity of supply chain data for consumer inquiries.
