With the development of Internet of Things(Io T),the wireless communication security of Io T devices has already become a crucial requirement. In recent years, the channel key generation technology has received widespread attention because of its low complexity and high security. However,in some scenarios of Io T,many nodes are in the same location for a long time, which results in the low secret key generation rate.In addition, many devices in the Internet of Things have low transmission power, resulting in the lack of direct channels between legitimate communication parties. To solve these problems,we study the wireless key generation technology in Io T scenarios based on the existing researches. Our research mainly focuses on solving the two problems in the wireless key generation process of Io T scenarios, which are the low secret key generation rate in the static environment and the lack of direct channel between the two parties. We propose two secret key generation schemes based on machine learning and physical layer security techniques, which are the wireless key generation scheme based on affinity propagation clustering and the wireless key generation scheme based on node cooperation. For the wireless key generation scheme based on affinity propagation clustering, the affinity propagation clustering algorithm in the machine learning is used to improve the quantization process and solve the problem of low key generation rate in the static environment.Firstly,we analyze the problems existing in the traditional quantization process. Then,we introduce the solution flow of the affinity propagation clustering and the improved quantization process.Next,we do time complexity analysis, the key length analysis and randomness analysis. Finally, through the simulation results,we prove that in the static environment, the wireless key generation scheme based on affinity propagation clustering is superior to the traditional wireless key generation scheme in terms of key generation rate and key randomness. For the wireless key generation scheme based on node cooperation,we authenticate the identity of the relay nodes based on the radio frequency fingerprinting of the Io T devices. Then we design two different cooperative key generation methods according to the authentication results, which are the key generation method based on network coding and the key generation method based on successive relaying.Next,we do key generation rate analysis, algorithm accuracy analysis, and inter-relay interference analysis. Finally, through the simulation results,we prove that the the cooperative key generation scheme based on node cooperation has obvious advantages in key generation rate and security. Finally,an optimized wireless key generation system is designed. We describe the overall design of the system, including the data collection section, the wireless key generation section and the key performance test section. Then we describe the specific function contained in each section.Next,we implement the function of each section. Finally, the two schemes proposed in this paper are tested based on universal software radio peripheral.
