With the rising demand for knowledge and the development of Internet technology,online knowledge community has become an important channel for people to acquire and transfer knowledge.The core value of online knowledge community depends on the positive and continuous knowledge sharing behavior among users.However,the phenomenon of knowledge hiding generally exists in online knowledge community.A large number of users browse knowledge content in silence,which undoubtedly forms an obstacle to the continuous development of online knowledge community.In recent years,gamification has been applied in more and more industries and fields with its great design value and potential in optimizing user experience and stimulating user behavior,which has produced rich theoretical methods and practical results.Based on the current situation of insufficient motivation of users’ knowledge sharing in online knowledge community,the research applies gamification into the interactive design of online knowledge community.By inducing the concepts of gamification and online knowledge community and the theoretical basis of gamification design,summarizes the method guidance of gamification design;Corresponding the different user roles in the online knowledge community to the four stages of the player’s journey,set the expected behaviors of learner users,socializer users and leader users respectively,carry out user interviews and questionnaire survey,extract the key points of the gamification design of the online knowledge community,including the target skills and user motivation that the gamification design should focus on,and create a design idea model composed of definition layer,framework layer and strategy layer,Then the gamification design strategies of online knowledge community are put forward from the attraction stage,scaffolding stage and endgame stage,that is,to enhance users’ motivation with multi-dimensional fun,to cultivate users’ habits with multi-dimensional interaction and to form users’ commitment with multi-party connection;Taking "Youzhi APP" as an example,the gamification design practice of online knowledge community is carried out,the specific scheme of information architecture,interactive prototype,high fidelity interface and application icon of "Youzhi APP" is output,and the gamification mechanism of learning group mechanism,challenge mechanism,creative hierarchy mechanism,peer mechanism,review mechanism,task activity mechanism and sending blessing mechanism is displayed.Through studying on the gamified online knowledge community,the research puts forward specific and feasible interaction design strategies and schemes,which can provide certain theoretical reference value and practical guiding significance for the application and development of gamification design in this field and drive the knowledge sharing behavior of users in online knowledge community.
