Industrial Internet has gradually become one of the "cores" of China’s important key infrastructure and has been widely used in all walks of life in China.However,due to the increasing development of science and technology and intelligence,the means of network attack faced by the industrial Internet have become increasingly complex in recent years,accompanied by huge security risks.Once an attacker invades the industrial Internet,it may lead to a large-scale collapse of the industrial Internet and cause great harm to China’s political economy.Therefore,the security of the industrial Internet has become one of the research hotspots at home and abroad.In order to solve the above problems,this paper will carry out specific research on the risk assessment of industrial Internet,in which the risk assessment can judge the risk level of industrial Internet and provide a certain guarantee for enhancing the security defense ability of industrial Internet,and the research results are of great significance in the field of industrial Internet.The research content of this paper mainly includes the following points:(1)Aiming at the security risks faced by edge devices in industrial Internet,this paper proposes a vulnerability assessment method of edge devices in industrial Internet based on attack graph.Firstly,the vulnerability related information in the edge devices of the industrial Internet is identified according to the security objectives of the industrial Internet,and then the hidden Markov model HMM is used to model the device state in the Internet to obtain the correlation information between the device states.Finally,the vulnerability information in the edge devices and the correlation between the device and the device state are used to generate the attack graph,The risk of each node in the attack graph is evaluated according to the defined formula.The simulation results show that this method can effectively evaluate the security of industrial Internet edge devices.(2)Aiming at the overall security of industrial Internet,this paper proposes a risk assessment method of industrial Internet based on DE-ANP-BP.Firstly,when building the industrial network security index system,it is necessary to identify the appropriate principles in the construction of the industrial network security index system.In order to improve the evaluation accuracy of industrial Internet,DE-ANP method is used to recalculate the weight value in the index,and BP neural network method is used to evaluate the safety of industrial Internet.At the same time,weight value and risk value are used as the input and output of BP neural network respectively.The experimental results show that DE-ANP-BP network can accurately evaluate the security risk of industrial Internet.(3)This paper designs and implements the industrial Internet security risk assessment system,which can evaluate and manage the security risks in the industrial Internet,change the passive defense into active defense,and formulate corresponding risk control measures according to the assessment results,so as to provide a certain early warning function for the industrial Internet to intercept network attacks.This paper puts forward new ideas and methods to effectively evaluate the industrial Internet security,and evaluate and manage the risk through the industrial Internet security risk assessment system,so that when facing the risk,the network security personnel can actively formulate corresponding measures according to the assessment results to realize risk management and control,so as to reduce the security risk faced by the industrial Internet.
