With the development of information technology and popularization of Internet ecommerce has gradually become a mainstream of commerce mode,and in order to promote the rising of sales more and more enterprise devote to widening online channel of distribution,meanwhile,the intensification of people’s preference to online consumption which is caused by COVID-19 also paves the way for it.In addition,it deserves to mention that as an Internet enterprise which devotes to implementing new retail strategy Xiaomi company achieves great success in widening online channel of distribution,and more and more enterprises starts to follow the example of it.However,the being weak in growth of scale of online distribution also indicates that at present there are some problems exist in the management of online distribution channel.As a result,this paper attempts to make an analysis on the management of online distribution channel of Xiaomi company taking A company which is the only one online distributor of Xiaomi company as an example,aiming at laying theoretical basis for its management of online distribution channel.This paper firstly introduces the relevant concepts of online distribution channel management,and then discusses the current situation of Xiaomi mobile phone online distribution in Company A from four aspects:distribution scale,distribution members,distribution market and distribution profit margin.The management method and management mode are four aspects to discuss the current situation of Xiaomi mobile phone online distribution channel management in Company A.On this basis,this paper focuses on analyzing the problems and causes of the current management of Xiaomi mobile phone online distribution channels in Company A,and proposes corresponding optimization strategies.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:At present,Company A has both effectiveness and deficiencies in the management of Xiaomi mobile phone online distribution channels,so it is necessary to further improve online distribution by strengthening the incentives of online channel members and promoting the balanced development of online channel members.Efficiency of channel management.
