With the rapid development of social economy and the rapid progress of science and technology,the competition in the consumer market is increasingly fierce,the customer requirement is more diversified,and the product renewal cycle is gradually shortened.The enterprise must carry on the effective product improvement to meet the customer’s requirement,thus enhances its product competitive advantage.On the other hand,with the rapid development of e-commerce,online shopping has become an important way for consumers to buy products.More and more consumers post online comments on the shopping platform after purchasing and using products.These online comments reflect the needs of customers and can provide important reference for enterprises to improve their products.Therefore,how to obtain customer requirements for product improvement and generate effective product improvement scheme based on product online review data is a research topic worthy of attention and practical significance.Based on this,this paper considers the problem of product improvement based on online reviews,and focuses on the customer requirement analysis method for product improvement based on online reviews and the method of product improvement scheme generation based on QFD.This paper mainly carried out the following four aspects of work.(1)The research framework of product improvement based on online reviews is given.Specifically,the description of the research framework of product improvement method based on online review and the related explanation of the research framework are given.(2)The method of customer requirement analysis for product improvement based on online reviews is proposed.Firstly,the method of collecting and preprocessing product online review data is given;Then,customer requirements are extracted from online reviews based on text feature extraction method;Furthermore,based on the fine-grained sentiment analysis results of online reviews,the initial weight of customer requirementis for product improvementobtained by considering the degree of customers’ attention and dissatisfaction to customer requirement;Finally,combined with Kano model,the weight of customer requirement is modified.(3)A method of product improvement scheme generation based on QFD is proposed.Firstly,the methods of expert interview and literature study are used to determine the product engineering characteristics related to customer requirements;Then,the relationship matrix between customer requirements and product engineering characteristics is determined based on Delphi method and grey relational analysis method;Furthermore,the house of quality is constructed and the weight of product engineering characteristics is determined;Finally,considering the cost,time and risk constraints of product improvement,the optimization model of product improvement scheme generation is constructed,and the product improvement scheme is determined by solving the optimization model.(4)The potential application research of product improvement method based on online review is given.Taking Huawei mate30pro mobile phone product improvement as an example,based on the online review data of Jingdong Mall,the potential application of the proposed method is studied,and the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method are verified.The product improvement method based on online review proposed in this paper can provide effective method support for real enterprises to carry out product improvement,and also provide theoretical and application guidance and reference for related research. |
