With the rise of digital information call applications,voice call quality has become the focus of most researchers.In recent years,in order to improve the clarity and stereo degree of audio,most call applications use stereo acquisition and playback.In the process of real-time call of electronic equipment,external factors such as ambient noise and indoor reverberation,and internal factors such as voice signal digital processing and network transmission will affect the call quality,resulting in echo problems.When the indoor echo path is too large,it is even impossible to make a reliable call.In order to solve the above problems,there have been a series of studies on stereo echo cancellation.The double talk scenario,that is,the scenario in which the remote talker and the near talker speak at the same time,will lead to the failure of the traditional filter to adapt and converge correctly,which increases the difficulty of echo cancellation.This paper studies stereo echo cancellation in double talk scenario,and implements a stereo echo cancellation system supporting double talk scenario.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)Binaural reconstruction technology is introduced to make stereo echo data set,and a scheme of extending single channel echo cancellation based on deep learning to dual channel stereo echo cancellation is proposed.(2)By extracting speech features,inputting speech features into the deep learning network and introducing the improved ideal ratio mask into the network,the correlation between near end speech and far end speech can be effectively considered and the quality of reconstructed speech can be improved.(3)The attention mechanism is introduced into the network,and the attention module structure is designed to strengthen the characteristic proportion of the clean speech signal contained in the echo.(4)Design and implement a stereo echo cancellation system in the double talk scenario,test the function and performance of the system,and verify the reliability of the echo cancellation algorithm in the actual double talk scenario.Through the experimental comparison with the existing models,the algorithm in this paper can achieve good results in the stereo echo cancellation in the double speaking scene.Users can easily carry out twoway voice communication and verify the echo cancellation algorithm through the system in this paper.
