With the rapid development of 5G technology, mobile terminals have come into wide use in various scenarios which also greatly assist the development of mobile multimedia services. As one of main scenarios in 5G,URLLC(Ultra Reliable and Low Latency Communication),has the requirement of ultra-high reliability and ultra-low delay. To deal with these requirements,NOMA(Non-orthogonal Multiple Access)can alleviate the shortage of wireless resources in the communication system in 5G and take better use of spectrum resources by sharing spectrum among users. In NOMA,the base station applies multiple user detection(MUD)algorithm to judge whether each user transmits signals in the current time slot or not.As one of the important factors on the signal reconstruction at the base station side,MUD algorithm has a great impact on the signal reliability in URLLC scenery. To further reduce the communication latency, our research adopts multiple user detection method assisted with IRS(Intelligent Reflecting Surface).IRS is used for reducing the hardware cost in communication. The phase parameters of IRS reflecting elements are dynamically adjusted to optimize the channel state information,to improve the signal reconstruction performance and power resource allocation in our model. The delay estimated in our simulation shows that the proposed algorithm can significantly reduce the signal residual power ratio and the user uplink transmission power under the condition of limiting the same number of iterations.Based on the algorithm we proposed, this paper designs the energy efficiency resource allocation system in Software Defined Radio(SDR).The system is mainly divided into uplink user power allocation module,IRS module and other communication system modules. The system is implemented on GNURadio platform. It simulates the signal modulation and demodulation under the NOMA system, adjusts the phase through the IRS module, and adjusts the power in the user power allocation module. The system adopts visual module flow diagram display, and sends and receives signals through external software radio USRP.Through the system diagram, the feasibility of the energy efficiency resource allocation system proposed in this paper in the simulation experiment scenario is demonstrated.
