In recent years,with the entry of various terminal devices such as smart phones into all aspects of modern life,great changes have taken place in society,and people have entered the era of mobile Internet.The types of end users and application services continue to increase,and the network scale is growing explosively,which brings enormous pressure and challenges to network data transmission.Existing single-path transmission has been unable to meet the above requirements,and multi-path parallel transmission has naturally been valued and favored by people.It can aggregate bandwidth,thereby increasing the transmission capacity and security of the network.The concurrent multipath transfer extension for connection-oriented stream control transmission protocol(CMT-SCTP),which supports multipath and independent data streams to better utilize network resources to increase the data transmission rate to solve this problem.This paper analyzes the key problems and technologies in multi-path transmission in detail,and finds that in multi-path transmission,it is a key technology to choose a path reasonably for data transmission.A good and reasonable path selection strategy can reduce the occurrence of out-of-order data packets and network congestion at the receiving end,and greatly unlock the true power and benefits of multi-path transmission systems.However,the current transmission path assessment schemes consider few path parameters and are not comprehensive enough,and the evaluation results are too granular to fully utilize the resources in the transition zone.There are various types of services in the network,but most studies ignore the different requirements of different services,a single and fixed transmission strategy,and the lack of an intelligent dynamic adjustment mechanism.Therefore,we designed a service adaptation-oriented enhanced multi-QoS multi-path parallel transmission strategy CMT-EMQ(Enhanced MultiQoS in CMT).This method considers the multi-dimensional characteristics of the path and the characteristic preferences of different services,periodically evaluates and trains the reinforcement learning model for service adaptation,and makes scheduling decisions dynamically.At the same time,in order to reduce the action space of reinforcement learning and eliminate poor paths,clustering algorithm is introduced to filter the set of paths before training.According to the multi-path transmission method for service adaptation proposed in this paper,a multi-path transmission system is built,and a series of comparative experiments are carried out on it.The obtained results verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the path scheduling method proposed in this paper in application scenarios,and have good performance and improvement in various scenarios..The method has good service adaptability,reduces message delay and improves network throughput.In the end,the paper summarizes the full text,and looks forward to the future according to the development plan,and proposes future research directions and work.
