In view of the current situation and development trend of China’s gradually entering an aging society,this paper takes intelligent assistance for the elderly as the research purpose,uses the existing artificial intelligence technology as the support,and selects federated learning and natural language processing as the main research directions to carry out research on intelligent elderly assistance service based on federated learning.Based on the current situation of old-age care and old-age assistance in my country and the existing related products,the research work is carried out,and the main research objectives are established according to the survey results.This paper selects federated learning as the research direction,establishes technical research points and designs algorithm models according to its existing research results and main application areas.Starting from the actual needs of the task and the development status of federated learning,experiments are designed and analyzed,and specific solutions are designed and verified for the implementation and practical application of the model.The main contributions of this paper are as follows:(1)Taking federated learning and natural language processing as the main technical research directions,selecting the experimental data set for the task of Chinese text classification,and designing a Chinese text classification model based on federated learning(A Federated Learning based Chinese Text Classification Model with Parameter Factorization Weighting,FedBN-PW-CTC),and analyzes the effect of the model by simulating real scene design experiments.(2)A network structure based on edge computing is designed to compensate for the impact of network bandwidth and delay in the federated learning process,which provides ideas for the implementation of the model.(3)According to the existing research results and expected directions,build a verification function of an intelligent service system for the elderly and use it as an engineering output.
