Research On The Construction And Application Of Knowledge Graph For Management Case Theory

Analyzing management cases plays an active role in promoting research and teaching.Researchers may use different kinds of management case theories to analyze management cases,including theories,frameworks and phenomena.However,the theoretical tools mastered by researchers themselves are limited,so they need the support of knowledge management system to recommend management case theories.As an emerging digital technology,knowledge graph(KG)can reorganize disordered knowledge in a structured way,and has strong reasoning ability,which can support the recommendation of management case theory and other functions.However,the current research on KG mainly focuses on the general field and professional vertical field such as medicine and e-commerce.Compared with the existing research fields,the KG’s construction and application in the field of management case theory face the problems of fuzzy entity and relationship characteristics,lack of mature knowledge system and so on,which makes it impossible to direct reuse the existing construction and application methods of knowledge graph in other field.Therefore,this paper study the construction and application of knowledge graph for management case theory,and finally realizes the function of management case theory recommendation.The work of this paper is mainly divided into three parts.Firstly,this paper adopts the socio-technical systems perspective and the action design research method to design the framework of KG’s construction and application on the management case theory field from the perspectives of management and technology,and describes the construction and application process of KG under the guidance of this framework.Among them,the management perspective is the management of “people” and “things”,while the technical perspective defines the implementation scheme of KG’s construction and application.Secondly,based on the construction requirements of KG deduced from the application of KG,this paper constructs the KG of management case theory,including designing the pattern layer of KG by using the method of top-down and expert-defined,and construction the machine-oriented KG and expert-oriented KG by using the method of dependency parsing and professional crowdsourcing.Finally,the prototype of management case theory recommendation system based on KG is constructed to realize the three KG’s application functions: management case theory recommendation,management case theory visual learning,and case marking,so as to solve the practical problems existing in management case analysis and teaching scenarios.This paper studies the construction and application of knowledge graph for management case theory.In theory,this paper explores the framework of KG’s construction and application for management case theory.In practice,this paper constructs the KG of management case theory and develops the system prototype.This paper has certain theoretical and practical value for research on the knowledge graph in the management case theory field.
