Chaos is a common statement of motion in nature,it has the characteristics of internal random and initial value sensitivity.Therefore,chaos can be well applied to the password system.Digital images and videos are widely used as extremely important information forms.When save and transfer data,encryption technology is required to avoid information leakage.Considering the huge amount of image and video file,and daily appearance such information are after coding.The encryption algorithm of traditional information design for text information is difficult to apply here.Based on this background,combining the application of chaos theory in the field of encryption,this dissertation proposes a compression and encryption algorithm combined with image coding,so that compression and encryption can basically obtain simultaneously.The main work and contribution of this dissertation are as follows:This dissertation designed a new image compression and encryption algorithm combined with JPEG encoding based on the four-dimensional chaos system,Tail-cutting and cross-select chaotic sequences to obtain NIST-compliant binary pseudorandom key streams.By divide the graphic region to limit the distribution of encrypted AC coefficient interval to protect the entropy coding efficiency.Apply hash hidden skills to hide the real keys in the ciphertext while achieving "one dense",and facilitate the key management and distribution.Refer to video coding techniques into image compression and compass algorithms.For pedestrian monitoring scenarios with fixed backgrounds,video coding are introduced to handle redundant motion compensation techniques inter-frames,design confidential monitoring encoders.The compression efficiency of this algorithms can be maintained in complex scenarios,and in some scenarios,it can reach a hundred times compressed efficiency.Based on the ARM development platform,the transplanted embedded Linux operating system to handle the complex scenarios,and the software and hardware design of the confidential monitoring system has been realized.and process the complex task division module with the programming ideas from the top and the multi-threaded programming ideas.Make use of OpenCV pedestrian detection technology to optimize the encoder’s encoding speed.The tasks that the lower machines need to undertake include collection,analysis,encrypted coding,and communication,upper machine need decoding and key management.
