| With the increasing prosperity of e-commerce,the urban logistics business is also booming.The urban logistics business is a city-based regional logistics service that serves the urban economy.It mainly refers to the physical flow process of goods within the city,which has brought great convenience to people’s production and life.However,the recent investigation shows that with the increasing pressure of logistics,there is a huge gap of employees in the urban logistics industry,which leads to the couriers bearing great work pressure.A large number of mandatory tasks and unreasonable task planning seriously affect couriers’ enthusiasm and work efficiency.At the same time,the shortage of personnel has also led to a sharp increase in urban logistics costs.Some studies have pointed out that the cost of “first mile” and “last mile” services in urban logistics business accounts for 53% of the total cost of the whole logistics process.In order to improve the work efficiency of couriers as much as possible on the premise of ensuring their work enthusiasm and alleviating the logistics pressure in the urban logistics business,this thesis focuses on the research and application of price incentive mechanisms in the urban logistics business.Firstly,we design an appropriate price incentive mechanism for the urban logistics business scenario,named the Multiattribute Reverse Vickrey(MRV)auction mechanism,to effectively improve the work enthusiasm of couriers.Secondly,for the two stages of urban logistics business task planning: package allocation and path planning,package allocation algorithm and path planning algorithm based on auction perception are proposed respectively to effectively improve the work efficiency and overall social utility of couriers.The following are the contributions of this thesis:(1)This thesis proposes a novel pricing incentive mechanism MRV for the urban logistics business environment.Couriers provide their preferences for the parcels based on their situations.The platform uses the preference to determine the couriers’ bidding for finishing a parcel(i.e.,the expected reward).Finally,the platform assigns the parcel to the lowest-priced courier and pays the second-lowest price as a reward.(2)For the task planning problem in the urban logistics business,this thesis proposes the logistics parcel assignment algorithm and the logistics route planning algorithm based on the auction mechanism.We aim to improve the quality of task planning in the urban logistics business and propose a variety of index structures and pruning strategies to improve the algorithm’s efficiency.(3)In this thesis,the urban logistics business simulation experiment is carried out on the real data set,and the proposed algorithms are verified based on the Shanghai Cainiao data set and New York NYCTaxi data set.The experimental results show that the parcel assignment and logistics route planning algorithms are better than the mainstream algorithms in related work in terms of parcel completion rate,overall social utility,and efficiency. |
