| Cultural education in township middle school is the requirements of the times for township middle school to carry out the fundamental task of moral education and cultivate people.At the same time,it has also attracted the academe and the related departments pay close attention to cultural education.While people have made aseries of achievements,they are also facing some difficulties,which are not co nducive to township middle school.It will have both important theoretical value and practical significance,if these problems encountered in the process of cultural education solved in effectively.Taking R county of township middle school in Guizhou province as an example,this study makes an investigation and research through the present situation of cultural education in township middle school,and analyzes the difficulties faced by the cultural education of township middle school and their formation reasons.This study reviews relevant literature both domestically and internationally,clarifies the definition of relevant concepts,and references the Theory of synergetics,the Theory of interpersonal relationship and the Theory of need hierarchy.And it through observation,interviews and questionnaires,comprehensive analysis of the problems of cultural education in township middle school,it is mainly reflected that the understanding of cultural education is not comprehensive enough,separation of environmental construction and cultural education,separation of management and cultural education,lacking of aesthetic education and labor education,the support of network culture education is not enough and so on.The reasons are that the organizational leadership needs to be strengthened,one-sided understanding of the material and cultural construction of school,the form of teacher incentive is single,the synergy between aesthetic education and labor education in educating people needs to be strengthened and the support and guarantee system still needs to be improved.At the same time,this study draws lesson from the successful experience about cultural education of typical school,and then formation of targeted township middle school cultural education optimization strategies.the first is the concept of school culture education should be established,the second is the emotional and innovative approaches should be taken into account,the third is the incorporating motivational elements into management.the fourth is the collaborative education of aesthetic education and labor education,the fifth is internet culture educates people and strives for maximum spport.This study can provide some thinking and suggestions for the cultural education of township middle school in R count. |
