With the rapid development of China’s social,economic and scientific and technological level in recent years,the demand for Educational Differentiation and diversification is increasing,and the importance of the role of private education in China is also becoming more and more prominent.In recent years,the state has promulgated a series of policies and regulations to support the development of private education.In this context,major domestic education groups began to capitalize and continue to expand through mergers and acquisitions in order to seize the market.Some enterprises can achieve the objectives of expanding operation scale and improving resource utilization efficiency through resource integration,but some enterprises’ m & A effect is not ideal.The effect of M & A is not only affected by many factors such as economy at the macro level,but also affected by the development constraints of education industry at the micro level.This study combs the development status of private(private)higher education at home and abroad,and expounds the basic framework of the operation of private colleges and universities in the fourth tier cities in Central China,so as to show the particularity of their development and operation.This paper studies the interest demands of various interest groups of private colleges and universities in the fourth tier cities in Central China from the perspective of stakeholders.Then,combined with the external environmental factors affecting the effect of M & A,this paper demonstrates the macro environmental factors of M & A of private colleges and universities in the fourth tier cities in Central China,and expounds the internal conditions that need to be considered after M & A of private colleges and universities in the fourth tier cities in Central China.Through the above analysis,in view of the current lack of domestic research on the M & A of Private Higher Vocational Colleges and the increasing number of M & A of private colleges,this study analyzes the M & A effect of the case of X Education Group’s M & A of HB College from the perspective of practical application,briefly introduces the M & A parties and the M & a process,and explores the achievements and existing problems after the M & A.It affirms its achievements in seizing the market,expanding the scale of students and improving the efficiency of resource utilization.At the same time,it also points out the problems existing in the selection of strategic objectives,the integration of human resources and the maintenance of brand reputation.Through field visits,interviews with relevant personnel,formulate a questionnaire,and analyze the interest demands of stakeholders in the operation of the college after the merger and acquisition through the data reflected in the questionnaire.With the goal of solving problems,this study finally puts forward feasible suggestions for improving the effect after M & A,and believes that private colleges and universities need to clarify the school running direction and professional setting after M & A,pay attention to the strategic key points such as enrollment,teaching quality,employment and internal relationship coordination,and strengthen the safeguard measures after M & A,so as to provide reference for private education enterprises to carry out M & A activities more smoothly and private colleges and universities to better improve the operation effect after M & A.
