The development of agricultural vocational colleges has an important impact on the regional economy,and it is necessary to ensure that the cooperation between teachers and schools and enterprises of agricultural vocational colleges and universities is an important path to promote the development of vocational education,a necessary form to realize the modernization of vocational education,and an important part of building a modern vocational education system.Cultivating compound talents with strong professional theoretical knowledge and practical ability is the fundamental task of the development of agricultural vocational colleges,and the quality and ability of teachers directly affect the quality of this task.In order to meet the actual needs of agricultural vocational colleges,it is urgent to strengthen the construction of dual-teacher teachers,and the knowledge and ability of dual-teacher teachers have certain particularities,and they must have certain skills and professionalism.Cultivating dual-teacher teachers through school-enterprise cooperation can create more communication opportunities between teachers and technical backbones.Only by integrating the resources of agricultural vocational colleges and enterprises,jointly cultivating a high-quality dual-teacher team,and improving teachers’ practical ability and theoretical application ability can we better cultivate qualified talents for agriculture-related enterprises and rural development,improve the employment rate of agricultural vocational college students,and achieve a win-win situation between schools and enterprises.This study investigates the current situation of dual-teacher teacher training in eight agricultural vocational colleges in Jiangsu Province,and summarizes that the main forms of school-enterprise cooperative training of dual-teacher teachers include temporary training,scientific research cooperation,professional co-construction,research and investigation,and backbone part-time.Through questionnaire surveys and in-depth interviews,we objectively and accurately grasped the problems existing in the school-enterprise training of dual-teacher teachers in agricultural vocational colleges in Jiangsu Province,including the difficulty of changing the role of teachers,the insufficient implementation of the training process,the lack of management rules for school-enterprise cooperative training of dual-teacher teachers,the lack of information communication platform and long-term operation mechanism for school-enterprise cooperation in training dual-teacher teachers,the lack of enthusiasm for enterprise cooperation,and the low pertinence of teacher training,the reason is that teachers’ ideological concepts are backward.It is difficult to coordinate the interests between schools and enterprises,and the competition capital of agricultural vocational colleges is lacking.According to the existing problems and causes,this study puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions,specifically: improving the school-enterprise cooperative training system of dual-teacher teachers;Clarify the responsibilities of management departments and strengthen the evaluation of school-enterprise cooperation between dual-teacher teachers;Enhance the professional identity of dual-teacher teachers and improve the quality of teachers;Build a digital platform and strengthen school-enterprise cooperation projects for dual-teacher teachers;Strengthen the quality management of dual-teacher teachers,and strengthen the certification mechanism for dual-teacher teachers.
