| When the youth is strong,the country is strong.As the new force of social development and progress,the growth of young people has always been the focus of the whole society.College students,as the group with the strongest plasticity and the greatest development potential,deserve great attention for their growth.The Communist Party of China has always attached great importance to the growth of college students and placed high expectations on them,and put forward different standards and requirements for their growth in different historical periods according to the development needs of college students and the needs of the Party and the people’s cause.The 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly proposed to "cultivate new people who are worthy of the great responsibility of national rejuvenation";The Party’s 20 th Congress encourages young people to have ideals,dare to take responsibility,be able to bear hardships,and be willing to struggle.These important statements point out the direction for the growth of college students in the new era,and put forward new standards and requirements.From the perspective of the new era,to examine the growth and development of college students with new standards and requirements,relates to the fundamental problem of college education,"what kind of people to cultivate,how to cultivate people,and for whom to cultivate people",enriche the theoretical research on the growth and development of college students,can better promote the growth and development of college students,and provide intellectual support for the realization of the second century goal.This paper starts from the perspective of the new era,first of all,combs the relevant theories of the new era and the growth of college students,and clarifies the connotation,characteristics,standards and requirements of the new era,as well as the connotation,essence and value goals of college students.On this basis,it determines the compatibility between the new requirements of The Times and the value goal of college students’ growth and development,clarifies the research content and builds the research framework.Secondly,the questionnaire is designed and distributed from the requirements of the new firm,striving,fighting,devotees,pioneers and the value goal of college students’ growth and talent,so as to grasp the actual situation of college students’ growth and talent from the perspective of the new era.On the basis of comprehensive analysis,it is pointed out that some college students have some specific problems in the process of their growth,such as unfirm ideals and beliefs,insufficient motivation for hard work,urgent need to strengthen mission responsibility,different dedication,and innovation ability to be improved.And from the society,school,family,college students themselves and other aspects of the cause of the problem.It mainly includes: the negative impact of diversified social thoughts,the impact of development goals divorced from reality,the shackles of traditional family education concepts,the negative impact of the market economy,and the negative impact of the hollowing out of practical teaching.Finally,on the basis of comprehensive analysis of the problems and reasons,the solution path is proposed.In other words,give full play to the role of ideological and political courses,and firm college students’ ideals and beliefs.;Strengthen self-education,enhance college students struggle power;Strengthen family education and strengthen college students’ mission responsibility;Purify the social environment and cultivate the dedication spirit of college students;Optimize the management of innovation training in colleges and universities,and enhance the innovative ability of college students.Starting from the dimensions of ideals and beliefs,struggle motivation,mission responsibility,dedication and innovation ability,we will guide college students to grow into talents and become new people worthy of the great responsibility of national rejuvenation. |
