The diversified development of the work of statistics Bureau needs to improve the performance management indicators from the perspective of performance appraisal.In the process of performance appraisal,it can effectively realize the diversification of statistical work and promote the development of information.In this perspective,the research on the performance appraisal of Jianhu County Bureau of Statistics plays a positive role in further improving the assessment and management level of Jianhu County Bureau of Statistics.In the realization of performance appraisal management and analysis,it is necessary to optimize the performance appraisal method and management method of Jianhu County Statistics Bureau in combination with the work content and way,so as to improve the performance management level of Jianhu County Statistics Bureau.First of all,this paper analyzes the basic development of the work of Jianhu County Statistics Bureau.Based on the analysis of performance appraisal and performance appraisal methods,this paper investigates and analyzes the development of performance appraisal of Jianhu County Statistics Bureau by using performance score card and objective management method.Secondly,through the combination of questionnaire survey and interview,the performance appraisal status of Jianhu County Bureau of Statistics is analyzed,and it is found that there are problems such as insufficient employee participation and lack of effective communication mechanism,which will have a direct impact on the performance appraisal level of Jianhu County Bureau of Statistics.Thirdly,combined with system management theory,objective management theory and employee incentive theory,in the process of perfecting and optimizing the performance appraisal mechanism of Jianhu County Statistics Bureau,based on the establishment of hierarchical performance appraisal index system,the communication and participation of the performance appraisal of Jianhu County Statistics Bureau are comprehensively improved.Finally,the paper puts forward some measures,such as changing the thought of performance appraisal,improving the fairness of performance appraisal and perfecting the performance appraisal system,so as to improve the performance appraisal management level of Jianhu County Statistics Bureau. |
