Research On The Problems And Guidance Strategies Of College Students’ Employment Value Orientation

The report of the 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China states that employment is the most basic livelihood.As the primary employment group,the employment problem of college students is more related to the country’s livelihood.With the number of college graduates exceeding the 10 million mark for the first time in 2022,the employment situation of college students is not optimistic and the difficulty of employment is increasing.To improve the employment difficulties of college students and promote the employment of college students,we are bound to face the important issue of guiding the employment value orientation of college students.The university stage is a critical period for the formation and establishment of the employment value orientation of college students,and the employment value orientation of college students at this stage has strong plasticity.Guiding contemporary college students to establish employment value orientations in line with the development of the times is of great significance to realize the positive social value of college students and the vision of realizing a strong talent country.This paper investigates and researches the employment value orientation of college students by issuing questionnaires,systematically analyzing the problems of college students’ employment value orientation based on the questionnaires,deeply analyzing the causes of the problems,taking the problems as the base,and targeting The paper is divided into four chapters.This paper is divided into four chapters: The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly describes the purpose and significance of the research on the employment value orientation of college students,the current situation of domestic and foreign research,the research ideas and research methods,and the innovation of the thesis;the second chapter is the overview of the employment value orientation of college students,which defines the three basic concepts of employment,value orientation and employment value orientation,and explains the theoretical basis of this paper,the basic dimensions of the employment value orientation and the guidance principles of the employment value orientation of college students;the third chapter is the analysis of the problems and causes of the employment value orientation of college students.The third chapter is the analysis of the problems and reasons of the employment value orientation of college students,which summarizes the problems of the current employment value orientation of college students based on the analysis and collation of the results of the questionnaire survey,and discusses the problems of the macro employment environment of society,the effectiveness of the employment value education in colleges and universities,the lack of guidance of the employment value orientation of families,and the lack of relevant employment literacy of college students.The fourth chapter is about the strategy of college students’ employment value orientation guidance,which is based on the problems of college students’ employment value orientation from strengthening the active role of society in college students’ employment value orientation guidance,enhancing the leading role of colleges and universities in college students’ employment value education,playing the supporting role of families in college students’ employment value orientation guidance and paying attention to the individual’s employment value orientation.In this section,we provide strategies for guiding college students’ employment value orientation to be rational by strengthening the active role of society in guiding college students’ employment value orientation,enhancing the leading role of colleges and universities in guiding college students’ employment value orientation,playing the supporting role of family in guiding college students’ employment value orientation,and paying attention to the main role of individuals in guiding college students’ employment value orientation.
