Research On The Integration And Development Of New Generation Information Technology To Empower Online Ideological And Political Education In Colleges And Universities

Currently,the new generation of information technologies such as 5G,big data,artificial intelligence,metaverse,Chat GPT,and others are rapidly evolving and integrating globally.They are continuously driving the widespread application of new technologies,new products,and new educational models.Consequently,the exploration and practice of ideological and political education in higher education institutions will usher in a new era of high-quality development.The 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly pointed out the need to "promote educational digitization." As a critical component of education,higher education institutions’ ideological and political education should respond to the demands of the times,adapt to the trends of development,and promote the integration of theoretical and practical approaches.It should gradually realize the fusion and deepening of network ideological and political education in higher education institutions with the new generation of information technology.This will make technology an important medium to empower and upgrade the quality of higher education institutions’ network ideological and political education,thus better achieving the educational mission of cultivating cultured individuals and fostering morality.Based on this,this article takes the ideological and political education of universities’ network as the research mainline,takes the integration and development of new generation information technology as the starting point,follows the thinking mode of "theoretical logic","realistic logic","practical logic" and other unified ways of thinking,and uses literature research method,interdisciplinary research method,systematic research method,and case analysis method to conduct research.Firstly,the research topic,concept definition,and theoretical basis of this study are elaborated.Secondly,based on the research perspective of the integration and development of new generation information technology,the necessity and feasibility of empowering the ideological and political education of universities’ network through the integration and development of new generation information technology are analyzed.Thirdly,the current situation of empowering the ideological and political education of universities’ network through the integration and development of new generation information technology is explored in detail,and various risks in the development process are analyzed to better grasp the development direction of empowering the ideological and political education of universities’ network through the integration and development of new generation information technology.Finally,from the aspects of principle compliance,macro path and micro path,the practical trend of the new generation of information technology integration development to empower online ideological and political education in colleges and universities is explored,so as to provide new ideas and new references for promoting the further development of online ideological and political education in colleges and universities in the new era.
