| The 14 th Five-year Plan calls for the construction of a high-quality education system,the deepening of educational reform,and the implementation of education quality improvement and expansion projects.As a new teaching mode,blended teaching has become a key means of personnel training and teaching reform in colleges and universities.Blended teaching is a teaching method that combines face-to-face learning with online learning,which makes up for the limitations of the single face-to-face teaching mode and the lack of effective supervision of online learning.At present,in the implementation of blended teaching,colleges and universities still adopt subject-oriented teaching objectives,teaching evaluation method is mainly results-based assessment,can not give full play to its advantages.Therefore,we must introduce a new teaching concept,so that the teaching effect of blended teaching really come down.OBE(Outcome-Based Education)embodies the idea of training talents with the goal of product-oriented,student-centered and continuous improvement.These ideas are very important to guide and promote teaching reform,guarantee and improve the quality of personnel training.Based on this,under the guidance of OBE,this research constructs the blended teaching model,carries on the teaching design,and carries on the empirical research.First of all,this paper summarizes the research status of OBE,blended teaching and blended teaching based on OBE at home and abroad,and points out that teaching design should focus on cultivating students’ ability,learning activities should be student-centered,and teaching evaluation should be product-oriented.Secondly,from the perspective of OBE,based on the educational goal theory,competency-based education theory and constructivist learning theory,the paper puts forward four principles of teaching construction: student-centered,product-oriented,continuous improvement.Based on the OBE-based blended teaching model,instructional design is carried out based on the teaching model,including five links: learning objective design,learning support design,learning activity design,learning evaluation design,and continuous improvement design.Finally,the designed teaching design is applied to the data structure curriculum in colleges and universities for empirical research.In this study,two rounds of experimental teaching were conducted for the sophomores majoring in computer science and technology in a university.The effectiveness of the proposed teaching design was verified by combining performance evaluation with questionnaire survey.This research constructs a blended teaching model based on OBE,and carries out the teaching design,and on this basis,carries out practical exploration,in order to provide reference for teachers. |
